Actress Marci Miller will reprise the role, as Abby reunites with hubby Chad and their kiddos. As the week of September 7th rolls around, Abby’s comeback will prompt an unexpected reveal around who drugged her months back.

12. Another Unexpected Character Comes Back

DOOL spoilers indicate that Shelle will be taken aback when they see a former foe return to Salem this coming week. Jan Spears is set to return, as actress Heather Lindell reprises the role that she once played from 2004-2005. While fans will be saying “hello” to troublemaker Jan, they’ll be bidding adieu to WilSon, as Will and Sonny exit Salem on September 1st.

There’s a good chance DiMera may get found by police when she returns to the little town, but she’ll have a friend around to watch her back.

DOOL spoilers indicate that Elani will be negatively affected by Kristen (and Brady’s) return. Seems as if Lani will help her friend out, and when Eli catches wind, he won’t be too pleased. Related teasers hint that Lani will have to figure out where her loyalties lay in the coming weeks, which means she may have to choose between her hubby and the police force, or the only true friend she’s ever known?

According to DOOL spoilers, Tripp Johnson will also make a comeback this coming week, as he pays an unexpected visit to Kayla and Steve. By September 11th, Walker and Eric will anxiously await the final decision from the judge, so it won’t be long now.
