12. Vivian Alamain Returns!

As per a Days preview video, this week fans will finally get to see actress Linda Dano step into the role of Vivian Alamain. Seems as if scenes will confirm that she is behind the twins’ kidnapping, as Ivan delivers the babies to his “madame” in the coming days. As frightening as that sounds there is good news on the horizon.

DOOL spoilers hint that Eli and Lani will trap Dr. Raynor, and it seems as if she’ll give them the information they need to inch closer to finding their babies. DOOL spoilers suggest that news will reach Salem regarding Vivian being very much alive, and Kate Roberts will brace herself. These two ladies have been rivals for years now, and a new chapter is about to be written. This time though, Kate has a bit of an advantage over Viv, as Jake is in her corner.

He may create a special “advisor” role for her, which will not only annoy Alamain but another female close to him, Gabi Hernandez. Kate working at DiMera is not only something she can hold over Viv’s head, but Gabi won’t easily be able to get away with trying to snag Jake, not under Kate’s watch.

Gabi is always scheming! Days spoilers for the week of February 8th hint that she and Xander are about to strike up a “deal.” It seems as if this collaboration could mix business with pleasure, as added teasers suggest that Hernandez will try and “grab” his attention. Sounds like the two of them work together, but also work to make Jake and Sarah jealous.

Rewinding a bit, Xander will get quite upset about something and make an unexpected announcement in the coming days. Does he get so frustrated with what’s going on with Philip that he leaves Titan Industries? Could he break up with Sarah? After all, she did want to “protect” Philip after she found out his life was in danger. Could this plan with Gabi kill two birds with one stone? A new job and a way to make Sarah jealous?

Added teasers for the week of February 8th imply she’ll try to reach out to Ben. She may get out of the place she’s locked up in, and navigate out of the area; however, without any money or a credit card, it’ll be a challenge for her to get far. Plus, Rhodes will be looking for her too.

Jenn’s mom returns this week with a massive secret she’s about to reveal, and there’s a good chance that she’s the one who’s kept Jack’s “other” daughter a secret this whole time and paid off Gwen’s mom. Will this cause Jack to feel that much worse for Gwen? She may use this to play on his emotions.

DOOL spoilers imply that Chad and Abby will come to some conclusion about their marriage the week of February 8th. Do they decide to stick it out or part ways? After all, she was the child that got all of Jack’s attention, and Gwen grew up poor, with a mother that lied to her. Abby may feel that it’s time to move on from all this and stay together. After all, Chad was lied to and manipulated.

Just as Chabby decides to stick it out and stay together, could Gwen realize she’s expecting and blow everything out of the water?
