Days of Our Lives’ alum Jaime Lyn Bauer is set to reprise her role as Laura Horton.
The actress shared the news on Sunday, January 3, via Facebook. She shared that she had already taped scenes and would be returning to Days of Our Lives in February.
“I shot six shows for Days of Our Lives in beginning of December,” she shared in the social media post. According to Bauer, the episodes are set to air on February 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, and 11th.
Bauer has held the role of Laura Horton since 1993. The character was last seen in Salem on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, when Laura arrived to take her granddaughter Abigail to Boston for treatment.
The actress also shared in the lengthy social media post how different the world of Hollywood is now. She explained how most rehearsing happens over the phone and hair and makeup are limited to being in the chair for 15 minutes.
