As residents are busy wrapping presents, trimming trees, and baking festive holiday treats, Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans are sure to enjoy watching some romance, character returns, and a whole lot of drama! First off, while some soaps are pre-empted during Christmas, Days fans can enjoy some eggnog, turkey, and shortbread cookies while watching their favorite daytime drama. A DOOL Christmas video shows Kristen DiMera reunited with her family at the Kiriakis mansion, plus Xander and Sarah kissing under the mistletoe! With that said, fans need to gear up for some unexpected, yet familiar faces, who are set to pop up in the little town during the holidays.

10. Will Joins The Festivities

The DOOL preview video for Christmas shows Will Horton, played by actor Chancellor Massey, reuniting with sister Allie this holiday season. Does Gabi bring him back to Salem for some family fun? 9. Trimming The Horton Christmas Tree

The Horton clan will gather to participate in the long-standing tradition of decorating their family tree. Those beautiful family ornaments will make an appearance, not only marking loved ones who are in town celebrating the holidays, but also honoring the ones who are not in Salem, or no longer with us.

8. Claire Has A Present For Ben

During the above event, DOOL spoilers suggest that Claire will give Ben something special on behalf of Ciara. The Days preview video shows Ben struggling to place his new “Horton” ornament on the Christmas tree. The ornament looks exactly like Ciara’s, but with Ben’s name on it. Then, something unexpected happens.

DOOL spoilers reveal that as Ben struggles, he’ll get a visit from someone special. Seems as if actress Victoria Konefal will make an appearance during the holidays, reprising her Ciara Brady Weston role. Ciara’s ghost will help Ben, as he mourns her during what should have been the “happiest” time of the year for both of them.

Across town, Elani will get a very special Christmas gift on DOOL’s December 24th episode, as Lani goes into labor.
