12. Lives Hang In The Balance

The health of Kayla, Kate and Marlena will only worsen over the next two weeks. Everyone will be fearful and act accordingly; Tripp and Joey are set to return to Salem to be by Kayla’s bedside, while Roman and Kate will marry this week. Rex knows what can save the ladies, and fans know who possesses the antidote. So, what will happen next?

11. Brady Makes A Deal With Kristen

This week’s Days preview implies that Brady will figure out that Kristen has the orchid. Whether she tells him or he finds out himself, he’ll be desperate to get his hands on the healing flower for Marlena and the other ladies’ sakes. He’ll ask Ms. DiMera “what she wants”, and she’ll give a sly smile in return. It seems as if he’ll be ready to strike up a deal with her in order to get his hands on the remedy… before it’s too late.

10. What Does She Want, Exactly?

What will Kristen want in exchange for the orchid? Full custody of Rachel? A family reunion with Brady? Could it be something linked to Basic Black or DiMera Enterprises? Will she simply ask him to dump Chloe and fire her, leaving it at that? Kristen can be unpredictable at times, so it’ll be interesting to see the agreement that she and Brady come up with.

9. With No Time To Spare!

The women will likely be saved during the week of October 17th. This week, Kristen and Brady will strike up a deal. Whatever Kristen wants, Brady will agree to, as Marlena (and the others) are running out of time. The orchid exchange will probably happen sometime next week, and all the ladies will be saved at the last minute.

8. Wendy’s Arrival

Wendy Shin is set to arrive in Salem this coming week. Li’s sister is looking for help from her brother, but it’ll be interesting to see how she’ll fare with other Salemites. Tripp and Joey are back in town, and both were smitten with Ms. Shin during the Beyond Salem series. Adding to that, DOOL’s weekly preview shows some chemistry between the young woman and Johnny.

7. Tripp Versus Johnny

DOOL spoilers for the week of October 17th also hint that Tripp won’t approve of Johnny’s relationship with his mom, Ava. In fact, the two will have a confrontation, during which Tripp will punch Johnny! But is Tripp really upset about Johnny and Ava together, or will DiMera goad him over someone else?

The interesting thing here is that Tripp and Johnny’s conflict over Ava will only be the initial conflict. The animosity for each other will grow even more because of the sparks they share over Wendy. How will Joey fit into all of this? And will Vitali eventually gravitate towards EJ, since they share chemistry? Sounds like things will get very sticky in the land of Salem when it comes to romance and families!

Could the three start a relationship together, but stop before things get overly complicated?

Could he and Chanel start to feel something, whether or not they partake in a threesome with Allie?

Maybe Ms. Lane will suggest it, or perhaps Hernandez will advise his wife to axe his job for their marriage’s sake?
