Will Lucas and Sami cross a line in the next two weeks? What about Xander and Chanel? What will Nicole do that will leave a character taken aback? What “secret” does Gwen share with Jack? So many questions, so few answers! As such, below are some Days of Our Lives (DOOL) plotline predictions for April 5 to April 16, 2021.

13. Do Lucas and Sami Hookup?

According to the weekly DOOL preview video, it seems that these exes are about to hook up this coming week! Sami will give Lucas an update on her marriage with E.J. and things don’t seem to be going well between the married couple. Will Lucas be the one to comfort Sami? Or will they stop before they do something they might both regret?

12. Chanel and Xander

Speaking of hooking up, that same weekly Days preview hints that Chanel and Xander cross paths. Spoilers for the week of April 5th hint that Chanel will approach Theo to move in together; however, it seems as if Carver may be hesitant. After all, he still has feelings for Ciara and may not want to do anything to mess that up. A drunken Xander will run into Chanel and she may see opportunity knocking.

11. Xander Sobers Up

DOOL spoilers for the week of April 12th indicate that Xander will wake up early on in the week and realize he’s spent the night with someone. He won’t have any memories about what went down. Meanwhile, Chanel will have some stunning news for Paulina the next day. Could Xander and Chanel hook up? Could he ask her to move in with him or make some sort of commitment to her?

10. Chanel’s Scheme

Maybe the two don’t hook up. Maybe Chanel sees that Xander is drunk and realizes a tremendous opportunity. That is, fake a hookup with Xander, move into the Kiriakis mansion, and live the high life with her new (and rich) boyfriend. This means she wouldn’t have to find a job or work for a living. Sounds like a good plan if you are Chanel!

9. Mixing Business With Pleasure

The Days weekly spoiler video also hints at a little romance between Abe and Paulina. She’ll try to pull the moves on Abe, but will he comply? Added teasers reveal that he and Lani’s Auntie may not be on the same page this week. The two will be working on revamping Horton Town Square, so is mixing business with pleasure the best idea? Maybe not!

8. Jack Tries, Jack Fails

Across town, Jack will desperately try to bring his two daughters together this coming week. He’ll encourage Abigail to give Gwen a chance so that there can be peace in the family. With that said, it seems as if the two women will give it a go and fail miserably. Seems like there is little hope that Gwen and Abby can establish a concrete sisterly relationship and things are about to get worse.

7. Gwen’s Secret

DOOL spoilers for the week of April 12th imply that Gwen will have a secret that could destroy any idea of “peace” in the Deveraux family. Could this mean that Gwen’s one-nighter with Chad resulted in a baby? That would certainly be a massive plot twist that could throw any chance of a relationship between these women out the window.

6. Jack Will Be In The Know

Gwen will turn to Jack first and the two will probably think it’s best to keep things under wraps for a little bit. With that said, this is the type of secret that can’t stay hidden for too long. Plus, if Abby finds out that Jack knew and didn’t tell her, this could further create a wedge between them.

5. John May Have A Secret

Days spoilers this coming week hint that John has some fears he’ll reveal to Marlena. With Jan Spears in the picture, and his temper issues, could he have had a blackout the night Charlie Dale was shot? Could John believe he’s behind it all? Marlena will hypnotize him the week of April 12th and there’s a good chance that some flashbacks may point to him as the newest prime suspect.

4. Tripp’s Next

Before arrows point to John, fans have to get through the next person of interest, who is obviously Tripp. Tripp didn’t shoot Charlie, but Days is sure to go through the motion of placing some speculation on him to clear his name. DOOL spoilers tease that Allie will protect Tripp this week and she may also have her own suspicions and want to help the “good brother.” Fans should expect to see Allie and Tripp get that much closer over the next couple of weeks. Could they solidify their romance soon? There are definitely sparks between them!

3. Nicole Pushes Rafe

Speaking of Tripp, could Nicole try and match up Ava and Rafe? DOOL spoilers are hinting at this as they note Walker will believe her “BFF” belongs with an ex. Nicole has plenty of exes (and some friends) in town so this might have to do with Brady and Chloe; however, it could also be about Ava and Rafe. With that said, will Nicole end up regretting what she’s done if she sees Vitali and Hernandez canoodling?

More disappointing news from Eric, as he’ll remain in Africa for the next two weeks. Nicole hasn’t seen her hubby in months and it sounds as if she’ll be rethinking the situation she’s in. Will this prompt her to visit him or contemplate the “D” word? Will a possible hookup between Ava and Rafe have Nicole wishing she was single again?

1. Sami Is Stunned

DOOL spoilers indicate that Sami will see her “sister-in-law” and she’ll be taken aback the week of April 12th. Could Nicole do something to cross a line after she’s once again disappointed by Eric? Does she go out for drinks or perhaps kiss another man? Could Rafe be that man? Whatever situation has stunned Sami, and if it’s inappropriate, you’ll bet that she’ll go running to her brother.
