Days Of Our Lives News Round-Up For The Week (March 7, 2022)

Will Kristen’s plan unravel and finally get exposed? What will she do with Kate Roberts? Can Abigail ever get over what Gwen’s done? Will Ciara’s memories come flooding back to her before she leaves town? Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans just love to speculate on “what will happen next”. As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for April 26 to May 7, 2021.

12. Kristen Holds Kate Hostage

Kristen will hold Kate hostage this week and in an effort to help Vivian, she’ll parade around as Roberts. “Kate” will break up with Jake, but will Kristen do away with Roberts as she did with Sarah Horton? There’s a good chance that she keeps Kate around but just “hidden” from everyone.

11. Susan’s Slip

As the first week of May rolls around, Days spoilers hint that Brady will visit “Kristen” and during this, Susan will “slip up”. This will be the beginning of the end for Kristen’s “switcheroo” plan. The next couple of weeks will be challenging for Kristen as she struggles to break Kake up, keep Sami (and Lucas) in line, and sweep all her other lies under the rug. Susan will slip, but Kristen will also do something that will place more cracks in her plan. She’s already been caught three times!

10. Chloe Knows Something’s Up

Lucas made a major mistake in lying about his brain tumor to keep Chloe interested. He’ll pay for it dearly. He and Sami will scramble in the next couple of weeks to keep Lane away from Brady, but moreover, to keep up with this lie. Chloe did some research on Lucas’s condition, so she’ll notice that he’s not exhibiting some of the signs. She’ll probably also question some of the things he does.

9. Roman Moves In

DOOL spoilers for the week of May 3rd suggest that Roman will put the moves on “Kate”, and Kristen will get disgusted about it. With Kake broken up, Roman will believe this is “his chance” with Roberts. Could Gabi believe the same? Or perhaps Jake will try and fluff off his feelings for Kate by zooming in on Hernandez? Either way, now that “Kake” is no longer a thing, Gabi and Jake will gravitate towards each other. Meanwhile, Kristen may also have to find a way to fend off Roman.

8. Ben’s Decision About Ciara

Ben is set to make a major decision that no one will expect in the coming weeks. While he’s pushed the envelope to help jog Ciara’s memory, she seems far more smitten with Theo. Plus, all of Weston’s attempts have only pushed Ciara farther away. Could Ben suggest a divorce? What’s the point of holding onto someone who doesn’t want to be with you?

7. Ben and Claire Get Closer

Ben and Claire have bonded over Ciara’s reaction to the both of them. As disgusted as she is in Ben, she hasn’t warmed up to Claire, either. These two are getting closer and could continue to do so over the next two weeks. They won’t cross a line, but they’ll have Days fans raising an eyebrow as they spend more and more time together. Claire is the one Ben’s been turning to as of late, and he may begin to realize there’s more to their friendship.

6. Abigail and Gwen

The drama between Abigail and Gwen will continue to rise over the next couple of weeks. While Gwen will announce she’s leaving town by the end of this week, the two sisters will have a major confrontation; one that will seemingly lead to a huge plot twist. The girls will have a heated argument at the top of the DiMera staircase and Gwen will tumble down it at one point.

5. Gwen Lies

DOOL spoilers for the week of May 3rd suggests that Gwen will tell a lie to gain the upper hand. There’s a good chance Rizczech loses her baby, but could she also claim that Abigail pushed her down the stairs? Gwen may have slipped, but might decide to accuse Abby of this to gain sympathy from others. Added teasers hint that Jack and Chad will drill Abby about the incident, so if Gwen loses her child, Abigail might be the person everyone blames.

4. Belle Figures Out She’s Been Set Up

DOOL spoilers indicate that Belle and John will come together this week to compare notes. Belle will realize she’s being set up in the coming days; however, she’ll assume it’s Sami. As the week of May 3rd rolls around, Belle will come to a conclusion. Could she put two-and-two together and figure out that it was Jan? Will Spears slip up?

Jan Spears will continue to try and deceive people in the weeks ahead. She’ll make it seem as if she’s turned a new leaf, but Days viewers know better! She’ll run into Nicole Walker this week. Could these two decide to become friends again? Jan might manipulate Nicole. After all, Walker turned her life around. She may try to convince Nicole to give her a second chance.

Rafe and Ava will get closer over the next couple of weeks, and the two will share a kiss — much to Nicole’s dismay. However, as the week of May 3rd approaches, the plot will thicken! Not only will Walker be annoyed by their budding romance, but she’ll also admit it to someone. She may turn to Brady or Chloe to do so, although she may also confess this to Jan.

As if a couple with twin babies needs more chaos! DOOL spoilers reveal that Chanel will be moving in with Elani the week of May 3rd. While Chanel is an adult, she’s a spoiled one at that, which might create some tension and conflict in the Carver-Grant home. Either way, it’ll be a full house for these new parents. Here’s hoping Chanel helps them out a little.
