DOOL spoilers suggest that Kayla will have a solution around Julie’s heart transplant woes, and as luck would have it, DiMera may be an approved donor for Williams.

6. Saying Goodbye To Stefan

Seems like Gabi will agree to the heart donation, and the good news is that Julie will end up being ok. The bad news is that Days fans and Gabi will have to bid adieu to Stefan DiMera. Stabi fans should ensure they have a ton of tissues around this coming week, as the goodbye will probably be an emotional and tear-filled one.
