However, the bad news is that Satan may still get the upper hand and cause even more chaos over the next two weeks. Xander, Maggie, Anna and Sarah are there as DiMera walks in with a needle. Maggie questions if the injection is safe, while Anna grabs the needle without hesitation and stabs it into Sarah, as everyone gasps.
