As September rolls on, so does the drama on Days of Our Lives (DOOL)! Who doesn’t like to speculate about what will happen next?! Will John be okay after he wakes up? How will everyone deal with the news around Ciara’s passing? What will happen to Kristen and Brady in the next couple of weeks? 12. John’s Agitated

DOOL spoilers indicate that John will wake up this week, but he won’t be himself. Seems like he’ll lack patience in a very big way. He’ll lash out at Sami this week, and then lash out at Steve the following. The next two weeks will offer up a “new” and triggered John Black, one that is sure to escalate into darker territory as the fall continues.

11. Hope’s Epiphany

DOOL spoilers hint that Hope won’t believe the truth is as it appears this coming week. Could she refuse to accept that Ciara has passed? Is there a piece of evidence she comes across that will give her hope her daughter is alive? With Hope’s exit storyline on the horizon as actress Kristian Alfonso leaves the show, could this revelation set up something where Hope leaves town?

10. She Doesn’t Tell Ben

Hope may come across a piece of evidence that makes her feel as if Ciara is alive the week of September 14th. She won’t tell Ben about it; she won’t want to give him false hope. She’ll keep it from Weston, but the information could lead her on a journey to find Ciara. It could prompt her to conduct her own investigation, outside of town. She may leave Salem by the weekend of September 26th to pursue this evidence, but not really tell everyone what she’s up to.

9. Kristen and Brady

This DOOL super couple will struggle in the next couple of weeks, as Kristen will be discovered by the authorities and jailed. Brady will be taken aback, but he’ll also turn to Victor and plead for some help. Victor more than owes Brady and Kristen one at this point; he’ll find himself lying to the police to help get Kristen off the hook, and appease his grandson.

8. Cracks In Elani

How will Kristen be discovered? Eli will tip off the Salem PD. He may even arrest her himself! This will trigger Lani to confront him, and the couple will start to see some cracks in their relationship. Eli may feel like he’s “protecting” Lani by turning DiMera in. After all, if she were to get caught, she’d lose her job for good. Plus, it is considered aiding and abetting. In an effort to shelter the woman he loves and his unborn babies, he’ll do the “right” thing. But will it be worth it?

7. Lani Scorn

The only problem with Eli’s logic is that by turning Kristen in, he’ll have his very pregnant wife reeling. There’s a major element of trust between a wife and her husband, and he’ll have broken that. The next couple of weeks will offer up some cracks in the Elani relationship, one that very well could lead to a separation soon.

6. Jan and Claire

Jan will reach out to Claire this coming week to help her open up. The two share mental health issues in common, and even though Spears is clearly up to no good, Claire will fall for Jan’s fake offer of friendship. Hints of Jan turning Claire against her parents is on the horizon. This, along with Shawn’s insecurity around Philip, will poke at the Shelle relationship. There’s only so much a couple can take!

5. Xander’s Plan

Xander will have a plan to “solve” his Philip issue later on this week. He doesn’t like the co-CEO gig, and he’ll want him gone for good. What could Xander be up to now? Victor will be preoccupied with Kristen and Brady this week while Philip seems a tad preoccupied with Belle. Could Xander find a way to forge Kiriakis’ signature? Could he have “Philip” sign off on some bad deals?

4. Xander Teams Up With Jan

Another possibility is that Xander helps Jan in her mission to ruin Shelle. Ruining Shelle would mean that Philip’s love life would get a lot busier, as Belle would turn to Philip for support. Thus, Philip would be less focused on Titan and wanting to be CEO. Maybe Xandy will help Jan in her pursuit to get Claire to trust her? The aftermath of it all may work in his favor.

3. Eric Leaves Salem For Missionary Work

DOOL spoilers reveal that an old friend of Eric’s from Congo will visit him in the coming days. Actress Nzinga Blake will be playing the role of “Angie,” and after she arrives, added teasers state that Eric will get a “life-changing” opportunity. Could missionary work in Congo be what is placed on the table? Maybe Eric feels as if he’s fallen far behind his Christian ways, and looking for something truly rewarding.

Both never got to truly enjoy Thomas or Charlotte as newborns. This might be a chance for them to bond and expand their family together. The right way!
