12. Eyebrows Raised

Steve and Kayla may continue to have doubts around Tripp’s innocence in the coming weeks when he “changes” his side of the story up a bit this week. Steve wants to believe what his son has to say, and this will not only cause some friction between him and his Sweetness but his BFF John as well.

11. Kayla Comes Up With A Plan

It has to be at the back of every fan’s mind right now. If Tripp did assault Allie, then he’s Henry’s father, so why not conduct a paternity test to see for sure? DOOL spoilers indicate that Kayla will come up with an idea to confront all this once and for all. But it sounds like she and Steve will be keeping it quiet from Tripp. Do they gather a DNA sample behind his back and one from Henry to see what the results are?

10. The Test

Most fans may believe that Tripp is innocent. He doesn’t seem like the type; plus, this is a soap opera after all, so a plot twist is somewhere on the horizon. The test could come back positive, which would look very bad on Tripp. But what if Tripp isn’t Henry’s father? What if Allie was ironically assaulted by his twin or a brother that he has no idea about? Ava is set to return soon, so she may have some added information that she’s hiding.

9. Eli Confides In Abe

Eli will struggle with how he got Kristen to confess this week, and it looks like he may turn to Abe to tell him what he’s done. Sadly, this gets Abe involved in his lie, so things will turn very ugly once the entire truth is revealed. Lani will not only be mad at Eli, but her dad, too.

8. Kristen Goes To Jail

There’s nothing that can save Kristen now. While Lani will plead with Melinda this week on behalf of her BFF, the D.A. will send DiMera to prison without blinking an eyelash over the entire thing. But there may be a glimmer of hope on the horizon that no one sees coming. Kristen may think about escaping. She may even be given the green light by Brady to do so, but won’t be able to pull it off. With that said, something major is on the horizon that could work in Kristen’s favor.

7. Blackout!

DOOL spoilers for the week of October 19th reveal that Salem will experience a blackout. Will this affect the town’s jail and prisons? Clyde and Orpheus will be “free” and the two will form an alliance. Plus, Chad will get a visit by Dr. Rolf at home that week too. Seems as if many convicts will escape during this “blackout” and cause some chaos in the little town.

6. Kristen Escapes!

During the blackout, Kristen will probably escape. A DOOL fall preview revealed a scene between her and Christian Maddox (fans may remember the character as Orpheus’ son, and little David’s father). Christian could help Kristen if she returns the favor. Maddox softened up right before he was sentenced to prison, and it was clear that his father influenced a lot of his wrongdoings. Maybe he’ll help DiMera find Rachel so the two can leave Salem for good.

5. Someone Is Going To Get Hurt

DOOL spoilers for the week of October 19th reveal that both Belle and Chad will get unexpected visitors. Chad’s will be Dr. Rolf, and Belle’s will be Jan Spears. These teasers also relay that one of these “guests” has dire intentions. Either Belle or Chad is in jeopardy … but who?

4. Dr. Rolf Versus Jan Spears

Sure, Rolf is a convict and worked along with Stefano, but he has a soft spot for all the DiMera children. It’s hard to believe that he would hurt Chad in any way. It’s more likely that he’s come to Chad for help, or to warn him about Gwen. It isn’t hard to believe that during the blackout Jan may want to hurt Belle. It would be easy to pull off, and something she’s wanted to do for a while now.

3. A New POA

Speaking of, DOOL spoilers suggest that Gwen will be organizing a new plan this week, and she’ll try and get to know Jack and Jennifer better in the coming days. Could it be that Gwen is looking to target Abigail’s parents so that she can get back at her? Or is she looking for more information from the two to nab Abby?

2. Marlena In Trouble

Back to the blackout, Marlena will get an unnerving phone call when everything goes dark the following week, and Belle and John will be concerned over her whereabouts. Could Orpheus convince Clyde to help him kidnap Marlena? There are also teasers hinting an explosion in town. Who will end up getting hurt in the aftermath of this all?

1. Sarah and Philip

Could Sarah’s issues with Xander push her towards Philip? Could she be falling into a plan Philip has set in motion already? Not only has Philip nabbed Xandy’s CEO spot, but getting his girl would also hurt him. Xander will become quite upset when he sees these two “talking” this week, so a love triangle storyline may be on the horizon.
