Will Ciara get the divorce from Ben she’s looking for? Will Paulina be able to gain forgiveness from those she’s wronged? Can Sami keep her affair with Lucas under wraps for much longer? There is nothing Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans love to do more than speculate! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for July 5 to July 16, 2021.

12. Will Ben Let Go?

Ciara has returned to Salem; however, she’s come back for all the wrong reasons. She’s looking to start a new chapter with Theo, and it seems as if Ben will give her a run for her money, where their divorce is concerned. Weston should just sign the papers and move on, but will he?

11. Ben Will Fight

When reviewing Days spoilers, it’s clear that Ben will continue to fight for his marriage. The only thing keeping these two apart is Ciara’s amnesia. Theo is slightly to blame; however, one can’t really blame him as he’s always had feelings for her, too. Over the next couple of weeks, it seems like Ciara will do all she can to move things along, and Ben will stop her at every turn.

10. Paulina Loses It All

Paulina’s lies have surfaced, and she stands to lose a lot. While she did share some traumatic past experiences with Abe this week, it sounds like he won’t feel bad enough for her to stick their relationship out. Days spoilers for the week of July 12th hint that Jarlena will help Carver pick up the pieces. Seems as if he’ll break up with Paulina, but Abe won’t be the only person Price loses over the next couple of weeks.

9. Lani’s Outraged

Lani will feel the emotional impact of Paulina’s betrayal; so much so, she’ll consider cutting her auntie out of her life by the week of July 12th. Can Price offer up an explanation that will stop Lani from doing this? Chanel will also be distraught over her mother’s actions. Can Paulina win back her daughter’s trust, too? This won’t happen anytime soon!

8. Sami Crosses A Line

From the looks and sounds of Days spoilers and the weekly preview video, Sami will cross a line to ensure E.J. doesn’t hear about her affair through his sister, Kristen. She’ll not only grab a phone before he gets to talk to her, but she’ll also tear up the letter Kristen sent to him. But will this be enough to keep E.J. in the dark, and Kristen at bay? For the time being, it might be.

7. More People Will Find Out

Sami might be able to keep her affair with Lucas from E.J. over the next two weeks, but the lie will surely surface at some point this summer. After all, Gabi and Jake will find out about it this week, and Lucas will confide in Philip during the week of July 12th. The worst of all this is that Jabi will come up with a scheme to use this secret to their advantage. Sami’s days are numbered.

6. The Nicole Factor

Nicole will be working overtime to try and nab Sami, too. She’ll recruit Chloe Lane this week, and even interrogate Lucas in the coming days. Walker is on the right track, as Sami and Lucas did cross a line (more than once); however, can she get to the bottom of things, soon? She, too, may have an obstacle in her way.

5. Eric Returns

Days spoilers for the week of July 12th hint that Nicole and Eric will organize a last-minute anniversary party. They definitely have reason to celebrate, considering they have spent most of their marriage apart and still stayed together! While Eric has yet to return, there’s a good chance he comes back in the next couple of weeks, as his name is mentioned in teasers for the following week.

4. Walker Loses Momentum

With Eric back in town, Nicole’s revenge plans against Sami could lose momentum. She’ll be more preoccupied with her husband’s return — and covering the tracks around her own one-night stand — to worry about nailing Sami. Plus, there’s the guilt factor. Nicole feels bad for what she did with Xander, as it is. Seeing Eric in person might have her spiral even more.

3. Brady’s Reaction When Kristen Reaches Out

Back to Kristen, she won’t only try and chat it up with her brother E.J. this week, she’ll also reach out to Brady. Sounds like she’ll get shut down fast. Especially since after DiMera *tries* to connect with him, Mr. Black will lock lips with Chloe Lane. Whatever Kristen says to Brady could push him that much closer to Lane. After all, despite the feelings he had for Chloe, he placed them aside for Kristen. He may believe he’s wasted enough time on DiMera and is ready for a new chapter.

2. Chloe’s Choice

But will Chloe reciprocate when Brady reaches in for a kiss? The Days weekly preview video shows the two kissing, but it does seem as though Lane is pulling away. The scene then flashes to Philip, so there’s a small chance he could step in on the two during the moment. That would cut the romance short, for sure! Will Chloe have some explaining to do with Philip? If she feels guilty for kissing Brady, she may have her answer around who to commit to.

1. What’s Justin’s Answer?

Lastly, DOOL spoilers for the week of July 12th hint that Bonnie will propose to Justin. Kiriakis will be stunned by Lockhart’s move, but ultimately, what will his answer be? Could he feel as if the idea of marriage is too soon? Will Bonnie feel completely rejected if Justin isn’t quite “ready” for this commitment?
