Eric’s home! So, what does this mean for Nicole, her secret, and their marriage? Plus, will a confession from Chanel blow up her friendship with Allie, or will their relationship turn into something else? There is nothing Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans love more than speculating on storylines! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for July 12 to July 23, 2021.

12. Happy Reunion… For Now

Looks like Eric Brady is headed back to town this week! Nicole will be happy that her hubby is back from his trip; however, it seems like there will also be a race against the clock between her and Sami. Eric’s sister will do all she can to prove that Walker was unfaithful before Nicole can nab Sami for the very same thing!

Last week, Nicole was desperate to reach out to Kristen DiMera. Eric’s return might prove to be a distraction for Walker as she tries to nail Sami and get concrete proof around her affair with Lucas. Meanwhile, Sami will be focused on ruining Nicole by exposing her one-nighter with Xander. Who will win this race?

Much like Elani, this super couple will gather family and friends to celebrate 12 months of marriage. And much like Elani, it sounds like a major stunner will interrupt the event.

9. The Xander Factor

DOOL spoilers for the week of July 12th reveal that Sami will encourage Xander to spill the beans about his one-nighter with Nicole. Money has always been a major motivator for Xandy, so that’s the strategy Sami will go with. However, this is the land of Salem, where blackmail rules the little town. Could Sami find out about Xwen and Dr. Snyder? Could she figure out that the two were accidentally behind his passing? This might also “motivate” Xander into telling Eric about his wife’s infidelity.

8. Nicole Confesses, Eric Leaves Salem

DOOL spoilers for the week of July 19th note that there will be a “he said, she said” situation. Sounds like Xander will come forward during Nicole and Eric’s fun-fest. Eric will question what Xander is saying, and there’s a good chance that Walker confesses. Could this cause Eric to leave town again? Will he bolt back to Africa, or stay in Salem?

7. Nicole Is Focused On Revenge

Nicole will figure out that Sami was behind Xander’s confession, and she’ll be out for blood. DOOL spoilers for the week of July 19th suggest that Walker will have “revenge” on the brain. Will she find some evidence or proof around Sami and Lucas’s affair? She’ll be focused on finding a way to ruin Sami’s life, as Sami did to hers.

6. Rafe’s Devastated

With the chemistry between Nicole and Rafe, Eric’s return to Salem has to be short-lived. He’ll learn the truth about Walker and head back to Africa, devastated. Eric will also make it clear that their marriage is over. This is sad news for Nicole, but it will open the door to a romance between Rafe and Walker (eventually). With that said, one major hurdle they’ll have to overcome, besides Ava Vitali, is Nicole’s one-night stand with Xander. Hernandez is sure to be disappointed with what Nicole did.

5. Lucas and Philip Come Up With A Plan

Sami doesn’t only have to watch out for Nicole! It appears that Lucas and his half-brother, Philip, will also be working out a plan to break up E.J. and his wife. DOOL spoilers indicate that Philip’s intentions will not only be to help his brother but possibly benefit his business, too.

These BFFs are crossing lines, left, right and center! DOOL spoilers hint that Chanel will confess something to Allie this week. The obvious possibility is that she will admit she has feelings for her bestie. Will Allie admit to the same? She has never dabbled in a romantic relationship like this one, but that doesn’t mean she may not “feel” what Chanel is feeling, too.

3. Ciara Starts To Remember

There will continue to be hints that Ciara’s memory is being jogged over the next two weeks. It’ll start with a flashback, here and there. Nothing major, but she is on the verge of regaining her memories with Ben. DOOL spoilers indicate that Ben will feel the pressure to save his marriage. Could Ciara push through a quickie divorce in two weeks? Could she decide to marry Theo on the day she becomes single? Could the two choose to push up their wedding date and have it in Salem? Seems far-fetched that a divorce could be signed, sealed and delivered within two weeks, but this is the land of soaps, where anything is possible!

DOOL spoilers hint that Bonnie will pop the question this week to Justin, and it sounds like he’ll say “no”. Will he feel as if this is all “too much, too soon”? Maybe he made a vow after his failed wedding to Kayla that marriage might not be in the cards for him. Is it because of Adrienne? Could Justin feel as if he’s betraying his wife? Things could get complicated between Bonnie and Justin moving forward.

Lastly, DOOL spoilers for the week of July 19th state that Paulina will have some unexpected news for Lani and Abe. This coming week, the father and daughter duo will still be quite upset with Price over what she has planned for Horton Square. Does she decide to cancel the project, and go through with her initial idea of a diverse town square? Will she do all she can to make it up to those she’s hurt? Or could Price decide to leave town because of what she’s done?
