It’s the last week of February, and after an explosive month in Salem, Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans just love to speculate on storylines. How will Charlie’s last week in Salem unfold? How will Auntie Paulina enter the picture? Will Gabi agree to partner up with Abigail? So many questions, so few answers! 12. Charlie’s Last Week Salem

A Days preview video for the week of February 22nd hints that this will be Charlie’s last week in Salem. By the time the weekend hits, someone in the little town will have shot him. He’s racked up quite a few enemies during his stint in the little town, but before he meets his demise, he’ll rack up some more.

11. Who Will Shoot Charlie?

This week will be a lead-up to Charlie’s shooting. From the DOOL preview video, it seems as if fans will see Charlie’s attack from the point of view of the shooter. Charlie will do a lot of talking, but the attacker will remain silent. As with any “who dun it” storyline, evidence will hint towards a few suspects, but in the end, it’ll be someone who no one suspected.

10. Threats Will Be Made

It seems as if a slew of DOOL characters will make threats to Charlie this week. From Ava to John, Steve, Kate, Allie, Tripp, and Lucas, there are some individuals in Salem that could easily be “individuals of interest” when it comes to Charlie’s murder. But others will emerge as well, as the days go by.

9. John Will Be A Key Suspect

John is sure to become a key suspect at some point. He’s known to have a short temper, as of late. Plus, mix that in with the fact that Charlie will attack Claire in the coming days, and that he’ll issue out a threat to the young man, and that’s a recipe for disaster. There will also be a point in time during the next few days where Marlena won’t be able to reach John, and questions around where Black had been.

8. The Sami Factor

Sami will also return to Salem in the coming days and it appears as if she’ll be back before Charlie gets shot. She’ll also become a prime suspect, as she’s known to be volatile because of her past, Charlie did assault her daughter Allie, plus, he was about to “get away” with it.

7. Sami Is The Number One Suspect

DOOL spoilers for the week of March 1st indicate that Sami will turn to Belle for some legal “back up”. With her return to Salem coinciding with Charlie’s shooting, she could become the number one suspect in this case. It would make sense, but is Sami the reason behind Charlie’s demise? Only time will tell, but if past soap opera “who dun it” storylines dictate anything, the shooter is probably someone fans least expect.

6. Auntie Paulina

DOOL spoilers state that actress Jackée Harry will finally debut on Tuesday, March 2nd, playing Lani’s Auntie Paulina. What will bring her to town? Perhaps Eli and Lani will decide that they need a nanny to help them out with the twins? What better choice than family? Maybe Paulina comes to Salem to meet the babies initially, and then a decision to hire her on is made while she is visiting.

5. Gabi and Abigail

Across town, Gabi is sure to agree to help Abigail with Gwen. After all, Gabi was highly affected by Gwen’s manipulations, and Hernandez is never one to let things go. Their partnership will be choppy at first, but Abby and Gabi teaming up will be an interesting thing. What exactly will these two ladies do in the name of revenge? Days spoilers hint they might kidnap her, and hold her hostage. Nothing like some threats and intimidation to put someone in their place, right?

4. Kristen and Susan’s Plan Backfire

Susan and Kristen are set to “switch” this week, and while the idea of it all may have sounded easy, the reality will be harsh. When Ben and Claire visit “Susan” (really, Kristen) in the coming days, DiMera will fail miserably at helping them connect with Ciara. Meanwhile, “Kristen” (really, Susan) will stumble when Lani comes for a visit.

3. Chloe’s On To It

With that said, DOOL spoilers for the week of March 1st indicate that Chloe will be on to Kristen, a.k.a. “Susan”. If Lane puts two-and-two together, she could be placing herself in danger. While DiMera has been a bit of a heroine lately, her old crazy self is slowly seeping out. If Kristen thinks that Chloe is on to her, and could jeopardize the plan she has with Susan, she could do something drastic. She may try to “silence” Chloe by keeping her locked up somewhere or something worse.

2. Gabi and Philip?

Back to Gabi, she’ll have more on her mind than just getting back at Gwen in the coming weeks. She’ll also be working with Philip to build her brand, and make Jake jealous. With that said, could these two catch some feelings along the way? Chloe seems far more preoccupied with Brady at this point than Philip. Kiriakis and Hernandez could make a cute couple.

Sarah is set to unleash some stunning news to Xander, soon. Could she be expecting? With the two about to get married, a baby would be more than welcome news for the happy couple. After all, Xarah has stumbled so much along the way. It’ll be nice for them to ride a happy wave with both a wedding and a little one, for a while.
