13. Nina Will Give Up

Sounds as if there’s a good chance that Nina will give up on her quest to find her daughter. After the news that Phyllis revealed last week, Nina will mourn the idea that she might not ever find her missing child. She’ll feel down about it all, and Carly and Jax will watch her struggle throughout it all, knowing the truth.

12. Carly Tells Jax

Carly just found out that Nelle is Nina’s daughter. Avery has her necklace, and Carly knows the story behind it. Corinthos will fill her ex in on what she has found. They’ll make a pack to not tell Nina about it. There’s a good chance that Carly will tell Sonny and Jason, but Nina will be left in the dark. Carly and Jax will feel terrible about what Nina is going through; however, they will feel as though they have no choice.

11. Sasha’s Condition

There’s a very good chance that Sasha has overdosed, and while Brando will rush her to the hospital this week, the staff there won’t be able to save her. This will send shock waves across Port Charles, and make Cyrus a little nervous; however, as he has Jordan under his thumb, he won’t be overly concerned.

10. Willow and Michael The Truth

Now that BLQ knows what happened between Chase and Sasha, she may spill the beans to Willow and Michael. GH spoilers reveal that Michael will have a hard time processing some information, so not only will he be dealing with the news that his ex has passed away – from an overdose – he’ll also be reeling with the information Brook Lynn offers.

9. Willow Loses It

GH spoilers imply that Willow will lose her temper in the coming days. Finding out her former BFF has passed on due to a drug overdose, and learning that she and Chase lied, may send her over the edge. Sasha got into drugs because of losing Michael, therefore, Willow will blame Chase for Sasha’s passing.

8. Only Michael Learns The Truth

What if BLQ only tells Michael that the affair between Chase and Sasha wasn’t real? With Sasha potentially passing on, and Brook Lynn headed out of town for a bit, he may decide to keep the information to himself. Willow is a great girl, and Michael is head over heels about her.

7. Anna and Finn Wedding

While Finn wants to rush to the altar, Anna is still processing what she did to her twin. She’s also lying to her future husband about being Peter’s bio mom, which she’ll struggle with this in the coming weeks. Finn will push a wedding, while Anna tries to delay it. Then, there’s Finn’s secret affair with Jackie that might hit the fan and soon.

6. Peter’s Problems

Peter will have issues in the coming weeks. He has a feeling that Alex is his bio mom, and he’ll struggle with believing that both of his parents were vile. This means his only path in life is evildoing. How can he be the father and husband Maxie needs for their growing family? He’ll be very preoccupied over the next couple of weeks, as Dante zeroes in on nailing him.

5. Britt Has A Revelation

Britt will have an epiphany soon. Could this be about Cyrus? Could Sasha’s overdose offer information that could connect Cyrus to Neil’s passing? Or could this “epiphany” have to do with Peter? They are half-siblings; however, Britt is Liesl’s daughter and if Dante can prove that Obrecht was framed by August, then momma bear might bring the information to her daughter first.

4. Cameron Gets Hurt

Seems as if Cam will get injured the week of November 23rd. Could this just be a random accident, or could Cameron get caught up in a mob war or something else? Could Dev do something drastic? Could Cameron be ready to tell Josslyn how he feels, only to have Dev try and hurt him to the point where he won’t be able to say anything? Cam may find out that Dev is lying and the only way for Dev to stop him is by injuring him.

3. Laura’s Secret

There’s some back history around Laura and the cold case that Cyrus is looking into. With that said, most of Laura’s history revolves around Luke, and the two did get into a ton of trouble together back in the day. Could fans be seeing Luke Spencer return to the land of Port Charles? Laura did call someone last week, and while the caller is unknown, it’s hard not to connect Luke to whatever Laura may have been up to, many years ago.

2. Alexis Ends Up In The Hospital

Alexis is spiraling out of control with her alcohol issues, and will only realize that this is all wrong when she hits rock bottom. Could Alexis drink so much she winds up with alcohol poisoning and in the hospital? Her osteoporosis diagnosis may also come into play. Perhaps she gets so drunk, she stumbles and takes a hard fall, landing her in the ER and eventually in a wheelchair.

1. Franco and Jason Set Up A Time

Jason just might agree to help Franco with his brain tumor dilemma in the coming weeks. They’ll set up a time and place to “do the deed;” however, with Liz determined to beat this, could she come up with a solution before Franco and Jason do this? Will she reach them in the umpteenth hour, or be too late? With rumors around budget cuts at the soap, and potentially layoffs within the cast, could Jason ax Franco, and then suffer the repercussions of not only a guilty conscience, but also an ex with financial issues and no hubby? Jake is his son, and he’ll feel terrible knowing that he was the cause of Franco’s demise when there was another way.
