General Hospital News Round-Up For The Week (May 16, 2022)

Will Michael and Willow break up? Will Julian make a clean break from Port Charles? Should Trina and Joss tell CarSon what they are up to, or will they find out once they get in over their heads and it’s too late? There’s nothing General Hospital (GH) fans love to do more than speculate! As such, below are some GH plotline predictions for December 7 to December 18, 2020.

12. Willow and Michael

Willow and Michael are set to have a chat with their exes this week, so does that mean that there’s a good chance they’ll go their separate ways soon? Seems unlikely. The bond between Willow and Michael is strong at this point. Plus, they both don’t like the fact that Sasha and Chase made a major decision without them. They officially close the chapter on these relationships so they can move on.

11. The Sasha Factor

With that said, Michael will have to tread softly when it comes to Sasha, as she is still recovering from a heart attack due to her drug overdose. GH spoilers imply that Michael will be “relieved” this week, and there’s a good chance that Sasha will tell him what he wants to hear as it relates to her drug use. She may say that she’s not an addict, and she may realize that a reconciliation with him is not a good idea (even though she wants one). Michael would probably have reunited with her just because he felt bad around the position she’s in, so he may feel “relieved” that she’s okay, and he can move on with Willow now that this chapter has closed.

10. Brando’s Hope

Brando will hope to get through to Sasha this week, which is further proof that she and Michael will not become a thing again. If Michael and Sasha came together, there would be no need for Brando to worry about Sasha or her drug use. Brando will hope to “get through” to Sasha when it comes to her addiction. Does anyone else think that Brando and Sasha are moving in a romantic direction?

9. Finn Crosses The Line With Jackie

GH spoilers imply that Finn will get “caught up” in a moment this week, and then be “ready to move on” the week of December 14th. Could he and Jackie cross a line? Could they not only kiss, but also hop into bed together as well? As soon as it is done, Finn could realize what a massive mistake it was, and brush it all under the rug so he can marry Anna.

8. Valentin and Anna

Speaking of, could Anna find Valentin re-entering her orbit? Finn cheating on her would be the end of their relationship; however, before all that happens, Hamilton needs to feel the utter guilt around what he’s done by keeping it a secret. In the meantime, Anna and Valentin could catch feelings for each other. They wouldn’t do anything about it as long as Anna and Finn were together. With that said, they made a good team while battling Alex, and this coming week, Cassadine will ask Devane for some help with something.

7. Dante Fills Anna In

Speaking of Anna, she and Dante will catch up this week. Could Dante reveal the goods he has on Peter? With all that has happened with Lulu, Falconeri has been preoccupied; however, why else would he meet with Devane? Will Peter and his deceptions finally be revealed? Maxie will be busy focusing on her future with August this week, so something should come down the pipe soon.

6. Joss and Trina

Joss and Trina will try and get to the bottom of things this coming week, which is a massive mistake on the teens’ part. They will lead Cyrus right to Taggert, and all heck is sure to break loose within the mob scene in Port Charles. Not telling Sonny and Carly what they are up to will affect not only them, but others too.

5. Julian’s Exit

It would seem that Julian’s body laying on the rocks would’ve been a good way for Jerome to exit, and even his scene with Martin last week, as both scenarios leave a window of opportunity for the character to return. With that said, fans will still see Julian Jerome in the land of Port Chuckles over the next couple of weeks. How will he “leave” the little town?

4. Jason’s Victorious

GH spoilers for the week of December 14th tease that Jason will win. Could he get the upper hand on Julian before he heads out of Port Charles? Could Jason shoot Jerome? After all, it was Julian who planted that bomb that was meant for him. Maybe Jason plants a bomb somewhere he knows where Jerome (only) is in. If he rids the town of Julian, it would be a victory for Jason and Sonny.

3. Martin’s Taken Aback

GH spoilers for the following week also indicate that Martin will find something and be taken aback. Could he find Julian after Jason is done with him? What if this has to do with Nelle Benson and the idea that she may be very much alive and well? With Michael and Willow (potentially) settled, Nelle returning could place a wedge in their “happily ever after.”

GH spoilers hint that Monica will spill the secret one-nighter between Alexis and Ned to someone else. While most would assume that she would tell Tracy, what if she accidentally tells Sam? Sam will grow very wary of her mom’s antics this coming week, and learning she slept with a married man could drive McCall over the edge.

1. Franco Starts To See Signs

Upon recovering from his surgery, Franco will be freaked out in the coming weeks. He’ll want to know what kind of signs to look out for to ensure he can let his loved ones know if the “old” Franco is surfacing. He’ll reach out to Kevin Collins in the coming days, and over the next two weeks Baldwin could start seeing minor and subtle “signs.” Things some may take “serious” while others would brush off as no biggie.
