What’s going to happen to Peter… is there even time for him to be saved at this point? What’s going to happen to baby Liam? Will he be home for Christmas? Will Brad be a free man, or will he be linked to August’s poisoning? General Hospital (GH) fans just love to speculate! 12. Will Peter August Live To See Another Day?

While most fans would love nothing more than to see Peter meet his demise, August has nine lives. The fact is, he’ll likely be rushed to the hospital early this week, and a doctor will save his life. Will it be Britt, Finn or Austin? At this point, all three despise Peter and will focus on their doctor’s oath, rather than their “feelings”, to save a patient in need.

11. Maxie’s On “Pins and Needles”

GH spoilers for this week reveal that Maxie will be anxiously awaiting some news. This could be about whether or not Peter will survive what happened to him on Friday. She’s rooting for him to pass away. After all, once she knows he’s gone for good, she can finally be reunited with Louise.

There’s a good chance that Peter will survive his poisoning and end up escaping guards at the hospital to become a free man, once again. This would take August out of storylines for a bit while he’s in “hiding”. Plus, Maxie, Chase and BLQ would have to keep up with the Bailey lie for Louise’s safety.

9. Little Baby Liam

It won’t be good news for Liam and his parents this week, but will the unthinkable happen? The baby is struggling for his life as Sasha and Brando try to remain optimistic. In the coming days, the doctors will give the couple some test results. Sounds like it’ll be bad news as Carly tries to support Sasha, and the parents will be down in the dumps by the end of the week.

8. Will Liam Be Home For Christmas?

GH spoilers for the week of December 20th reveal that Sasha will finally be ready to go home, but what about Liam? He’ll likely be staying in the hospital as his mother checks out. This may further depress both Sasha and Brando as Christmas approaches. They likely envisioned a very different holiday season; one where they would be celebrating with their baby.

Liam could get better and come home on December 24th, just in time for Santa Claus to come. This would certainly be a “Christmas miracle”, and a feel-good ending to the storyline. Another scenario for Liam would be remaining in the hospital for the holidays where his parents are by his side, celebrating a different kind of Christmas, but together as a family. Then, there’s the unthinkable.

No fan ever likes a storyline in which a child passes away, but these do happen in soaps, time after time. What if the odds are stacked against little Liam? Could he pass away as Christmas approaches, or on the holiday itself? GH does like to swerve fans now and again. It would be tragic, emotional and overwhelming. Here’s hoping the soap decides on a happier ending!

With his parole hearing this coming week, it does seem as if Brad will be a free man soon. But what if Michael and Willow go on a rant, and the judge considers their feelings? What if, as such, Brad remains in prison? Could he decide to turn on Sonny, and reveal the truth about Peter?

4. What Will Michael See?

GH spoilers reveal that Michael will see something during the week of December 13th that makes his jaw drop. Could this be about Nina and Sonny? Willow is already in the know, so this would certainly cause problems between “Millow”. Maybe Michael won’t see anything between his dad and Nina; rather, as he lives in the Quartermaine mansion, he could overhear a conversation about Louise.

3. Two Separate Secrets Test A Relationship

Willow knows about “Mike”and Nina’s Nixon Falls relationship. If Michael learns the truth about Bailey, then the “Millow” relationship could be in jeopardy. The very idea that both of them stumbled upon big secrets, but kept them covered up from each other is a major betrayal, especially where Willow is concerned. The fact that they will scramble over the next few weeks, and possibly months, to hide things will make it worse when the truth does come out. Michael may even learn that Willow knows about “Mike” and Nina, and feel betrayed.

2. Marshall Settles In

As Curtis struggles to accept Marshall into his life, it seems as if his bio dad will try to settle into Port Charles living. GH spoilers for the week of December 20th imply that Papa Ashford will start to volunteer at the hospital, and Epiphany’s name is dropped. Could a love connection occur between these two?

1. Will Elizabeth and Finn Finally Move Forward?

GH fans need to brace themselves for an “intimate moment” between Finn and Elizabeth. Could these two finally move out of the “friend zone” and into a romance? Will this moment be a kiss or more? With Drew back in town, could Elizabeth’s eyes wander? Or, will her dad return to town to possibly complicate things with Finn? After all, Hayden is his daughter, too.
