Things continue to heat up in the land of General Hospital (GH)! While spoilers for the show offer up a bit of a tease around “what will happen next,” it’s natural for fans to speculate. Will Peter ever get caught? Will Cyrus continue to wreak havoc in Port Charles? Will Nina ever learn that Nelle is her daughter? As such, below are some GH plot predictions for April 13 to April 24, 2020.

12. Sonny World

Sonny will undeniably have his hands full in the coming weeks. Between juggling his business, Michael’s custody battle with Wiley, his father’s ailing condition and more, it seems as if Sonny will be bombarded with stress. Will all this cause Corinthos to become more reactive? He usually does try to think through a situation before he pulls the trigger on something; however, with all that is going on in his life, he may become more violent than ever and do something without thinking. He’s set to have a face-off with Nikolas this week. Could Sonny cross a line that will land him in a ton of trouble?

11. Trouble With Cyrus

According to GH spoilers, Sonny is also set to have a meeting with Cyrus in the coming days. These teasers also indicate that he’ll end up missing that meeting when all is said and done. Could it be that missing this appointment with Cyrus will only add fuel to the fire when it comes to the hostility between these two men? Could Cyrus believe the missed meeting was a sign of disrespect, and react to it all?

If Cyrus is upset by Sonny missing a meeting the two had planned to iron things out, he could very well decide it is time to send Corinthos a strong message. Cyrus kidnapped T.J. to control Jordan, could he decide to snatch up Baby Donna in order to get Sonny’s attention? Or maybe even Josslyn? That would get Jax involved in all of this, fast!

It’s not like Sonny to fluff people off, so there may be a very good reason as to why Corinthos missed his appointment with Cyrus. With Mike’s condition is ailing, could his dad be inching closer and closer to the unthinkable in the coming weeks?

8. Sonny Learns The Truth

GH spoilers hint that Julian’s actions will nab the attention of someone unwelcome. Seems like it would be something that Corinthos would want to deal with as soon as it comes to his attention.

Perhaps even Peter August catches them?

6. Willow and Michael Make A Decision

Willow and Michael continue to churn with worry over Wiley, so it won’t take long for the two to decide to rip off the bandaid and walk down that wedded aisle together. They both will go back and forth on the idea in the coming days, but by the end of next week, they’ll agree to take the proverbial plunge, for Wiley’s sake and safety.

5. Nina and Nelle Bond

Now that the entire GH fan world knows the truth, viewers will see a shift in how Nina views Nelle. The two actually almost bond within the coming weeks. Nina will still have her eye on trying to trip Nelle up, but in the process, she may continue to start to understand Benson’s perspective on things, and she may actually start to even like her.

4. Getting Rid Of Nelle

There has been a hint around trying to eliminate Nelle, with Josslyn bringing it up to Jason recently. Nothing will happen anytime time soon in this regard, but Carly and Joss will continue to try and entertain the idea. It’s clear that Jason feels that this is Michael (and maybe even Sonny’s) call, but the ladies may remain firm in their push around the concept that getting rid of Nelle is the only way to truly “get rid of Nelle.”

3. Robert In Jeopardy

Robert remains focused on nailing Peter, but let’s face it, August has been doing an excellent job in slithering out of any sticky situation thrown his way. According to GH spoilers, Peter will hope that Scorpio just drops his suspicion; however, we all know that Robert won’t give up that easily. August just made a call to someone about Scorpio not letting up. Could Peter set something up that places Robert in jeopardy? It would be the easiest way to get him off his back.

GH spoilers indicate that Valentin will be taken aback next week, and something will happen that totally catches him off guard. With Laura on to the fact that Cassadine isn’t the best influence on Charlotte, could Lulu push a button that sees Valentin entirely cut off from Charlotte until their custody case is settled in court? Maybe there is a loophole that offers her that option?

Perhaps a talk, or rant, by Trina on how Jordan has tainted the image of her father.
