November is a huge month in the land of daytime drama, and General Hospital (GH) is no exception to this rule. Will Carly get nabbed for Nelle’s passing? Will someone finally reveal the truth about Peter to Maxie? Will Anna and Finn get married? There’s nothing fans love to do more than speculate! As such, below are some GH plotline predictions for November 2020.

12. Anna and Finn

While they are planning their wedding for November, Anna and Finn won’t make it to the altar. Alex will return to the little town and throw everyone for a loop, causing destruction and havoc along the way. Anna and Finn will have to call off the wedding, which may be a good idea considering he has lingering feelings for his stepmom.

11. Dante and Spinelli Find Common Ground

GH spoilers hint that Peter will get nabbed for all is underhandedness in November, and this could affect his up-and-coming nuptials to Maxie. But how will he go down? Both Spinelli and Dante are gunning for him, and both men are masters at what they do. Could they team up? It only seems right that Dante and Damien get the credit, respectively, for Peter’s downfall!

10. Alex Gets Involved

But will Alex be involved in Peter’s downfall? As of this writing, no one knows if Alex or Anna is Peter’s mom. She could bring Peter down as a way to get back at Anna if he is her son. Alternatively, if she is his mom, things could get twisted, and she might reveal his terrible ways with the idea that she’s “disappointed” in what he’s become. He needs to embrace his inner villain and unleash it, instead of trying to bury it.

GH spoilers indicate that the Corinthos family is in for a crisis, and it’ll be at the hands of Cyrus. Could he find a way to set an explosion in their house? Could this cause someone to be hospitalized? What if Avery or Donna are caught in the crossfire? The family will be reeling from the devastation!

8. Carly Is Found Out

GH spoilers hint that Nelle will haunt Carly from the grave in November, and she could get nabbed for throwing Benson off a cliff. If something happens at the Corinthos compound (due to Cyrus), the police will flood the scene. It also seems as if Avery’s possession of Nelle’s necklace will be Carly’s downfall, as the child will be able to tell police where she found it. Will the police find the necklace while investigating an explosion or shooting while at the house? Sounds like November will be a disastrous month for Carly.

7. Nina Finds Out The Truth

Rewinding a bit, Nina would have to find out that Nelle was in possession of the half-heart necklace in order for anyone to link Carly to anything. Curtis is hot on the case right now, and it’s only a matter of time before he approaches his friend with the truth. Nina will feel horrible about her daughter’s last days, plus her role in what caused Nelle to spiral. Not to mention a lost and wasted opportunity to get to know her daughter.

6. Jax Stays Silent

If Carly gets called in about Nelle’s necklace and passing, she may decide to solely take the fall for it. After all, what good would it do to involve Jax? Jax will comply with all of this. The repercussions of anyone finding out he was involved in Nelle’s cover-up is just too great. He’ll feel a ton of guilt, but he’s got too much to lose.

5. Nina Versus Carly

When Nina finds out that Carly was behind Nelle’s passing, she’ll be livid. Jax will try and calm her down, but she’ll see this as him defending his ex. Jax may have to choose between his friendship with Carly or his new love. Co-parenting can exist without being buddy-buddy, and Nina will want that line drawn in the sand.

4. Laura’s Return

Who’s excited at thought of Laura coming back to Port Charles? The soap opera icon has been missed! She’ll come back full steam ahead and looking to bring Cyrus down. Something from Renault’s past is linked to all this, and Laura will also get the feeling as if Cyrus is “interested” in her. Could he be a former flame? Or someone who was once in the shadows, who liked her when she was younger, but whom she never gave a second thought to because of Luke or Scott? Is that why he’s so obsessed with ruining Port Charles?

3. Friz Is At The Helm Of A Major Secret Reveal

GH spoilers tease a major secret that is about to come out, one that has been under wraps for years now. It seems as if either Franco or Liz will suffer from a medical emergency, and this is how everything is about to unfold. Could Cyrus be Franco or Liz’s real father? Could they require a transplant or blood transfusion that leads to this reveal?

GH spoilers state that Nik and Ava will get closer, despite their conflicted feelings for each other, and Ryan will hold that letter over her head. Could he escape, and head straight for Ava?
