12. Will Lulu Ever Come Back?

While experts were predicting that Lulu would wake up from her coma or pass away, neither of those things have happened. Instead, she was shipped off to a long term care facility, which opens up the possibility that she could return to Port Charles at some point. The question now is if and when will she return?

11. Luke Comes Back

Currently, no GH spoilers hinting towards a Luke Spencer return, but if he does come back, he could have a short run, and save the day for Lulu. He could even help Laura, Sonny, and Jason with Cyrus. Scotty is set to run into someone outside of town, and this someone is a familiar face. Could it be Luke Spencer on his way to Port Charles? Scotty could give him the 411 on all that is going on, which would have Luke heading back to the little town soon.

10. Will Luke Be Too Late?

Obviously Luke will want to see his daughter, Lulu, when he comes to town. He’ll most likely go see her in the long-term care facility while she’s in a comatose state, which will heartbreaking. He would do anything for his little girl, and now he will feel quite helpless. At least he can be there for Laura, Dante and Lulu’s children.

9. What’s In Store For Dante?

Fans clearly were hoping for Dante and Lulu to finally get back together; however, that clearly isn’t going to happen at this point. While there is a silver lining — Lulu is still alive — it doesn’t seem like they will ever get their happily after. Now fans want to know — what is next for Dante? Will he be sticking around in Port Charles? Or will he leave as well?

A GH preview video is hinting that Julian could get shot, and Ava is seemingly at the helm of it all. With that said, added teasers relay that Carly will also lash out at Julian in early December. Does Ava shoot Jerome, where he lands in the hospital in critical condition, and Carly visits him and pulls the plug off his life support? Both women are ladies you don’t mess with, and this could be a dual effort to rid the world of Julian Jerome.

7. The Cat Is Out Of The Bag

Seems as if Ned and Alexis’ dirty little secret is about to come out. A GH preview shows Ned and Alexis fighting about the entire thing, while Robert Scorpio listens on. Another teaser adds that Monica will be telling someone as well, and that “someone” is probably Tracy, as she’ll be returning this coming week. As the pool around who knows about this secret opens, fans are sure to see Scorpio struggle with keeping his mouth shut, while Tracy does all she can to “fix” this for her son. Olivia will be kept in the dark for the rest of the month.

6. Alexis Sleeps With Cyrus

GH spoilers hint Alexis is set to make a major mistake come December. She’s been spiraling, and while her one-nighter with Ned was a poor life choice, getting drunk and sleeping with Cyrus would be a nightmare. Alexis and her drinking will continue to infuriate Sam this month, but will doing the deed with Renault open up Alexis’ eyes to how dire her alcoholism has become?

5. Nina Finds Out The Truth

It’s about time that Nina finds out the truth about Nelle being her daughter. It has to come out in December! While she seems to have given up, GH spoilers do tease that Curtis will be following leads this month on a case. Could Nina find this out right before the holidays hit? Could she also find out that Jax and Carly knew, but kept it a secret?

4. Maxie Learns The Truth About Peter

One thing is for sure, there’s a very good chance that Maxie learns about what Peter has been up to. GH spoilers imply that she’ll gear up for a future without Peter soon, but the real question is how does she find out? Could Dante reveal all before he heads out of Port Charles? Does Lulu pass away, which prompts Falconeri to tell Maxie the truth so that she doesn’t waste any more time? He’ll also have a chat with Anna and catch up soon, so he may be on a warpath against August.

3. Finn Crosses A Line

GH spoilers for December imply that Finn will get caught up in something unexpected. Does he cross a line with stepmom Jackie? There are feelings still there between the two, and with his dad in town, things are sure to get sticky with these three. No one knows about Jackie and Finn’s affair, so even if they kiss and someone sees (or hears about it), Finn is sure to be in hot water with Anna.

2. Anna and Valentin

Anna and Valentin never really got to explore a relationship together. Now that he’s no longer a Cassadine, and has even softened up (a bit), could GH writers decide to take a chance on these two? The hints have been put in place during the entire Alex fiasco. With Valentin turning to Anna for a favor this month, could these two find they are stumbling into each other’s orbits more than usual in December? If the truth about Finn’s affair with Jackie comes out, then this could leave Anna suddenly single again.

1. Old Franco Starts To Come Out

The old Franco won’t completely emerge all at once, but there might be subtle hints over December that will leave him freaked out. If he emerges out of his surgery okay, he may hide them from Liz, or try to tell Liz, but she’ll brush them off. The “bad” Franco may even try and hide before the “good” Franco can say anything. If Baldwin makes it through surgery, a “good versus evil” split personalities storyline could be on the horizon.
