Teen Mom OG: 8 Popular Couples Ranked From Worst To Best
Fans have gotten to know Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, and Farrah Abraham since the four women first appeared on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant in 2009 and became reality stars with the incredibly successful spin-off Teen Mom OG. Over those years fans have watched the women fall in and out of love as they learned to be young parents, and for some many relationships came and went right in front of the cameras. From the beginning to now, take a look at eight of Teen Mom OG’s most popular couples ranked worst to best!
8. Farrah and Simon
Fans of the series really do not need an explanation as to why Farrah Abraham and her maybe boyfriend Simon Saran are the worst of the worst when it comes to Teen Mom couples. First of all, it is never clear cut as to whether they are actually in a relationship, and even when they are supposedly together it truly seems like they detest each other. Simon shows no real interest in Farrah or her life, and everything Simon says and does seems to infuriate Farrah to the point where fans have never seen the two have an actual conversation without it turning into some sort of argument.
7. Amber and Gary
It seems like so long since fans saw Amber and Gary together, but back in December 2009, when the first season aired, the pair were still together and trying to raise Leah as a couple. Right from the beginning of filming there was serious tension between them as a couple, and not a lot of respect in the relationship, but even after a breakup in season one, they got back together and moved forward with an engagement. Of course, the shouting matches and snide remarks did not stop and it was never more clear that the relationship was nothing other than toxic and both for both Amber and Gary, as well as Leah, when Amber’s anger caused her to turn to physically hitting Gary. In her memoir “Never Too Late” Amber also documented how off-camera the two would regularly get physical and even spit on each other, making it clear if there was ever a time they were a good couple, it was long gone.
