4. A Confidant

Paris will quickly become Finn’s confidant. Since she moved in with he and Steffy, he’s considered her a friend, but they’ll become even closer as he confides a secret to her. Finn will tell Paris he’s been texting with his birth mother. However, he hasn’t told Steffy about it. And he’ll ask Paris to stay mum.

3. A Friendly Bond

Finn and Paris will also bond over their shady parents. Paris knows how it feels to have a parent that everyone despises. Her father, Reese, pretended that Liam and Hope’s baby was stillborn and then sold baby Beth to Steffy to pay off some gambling debts. Paris still loves her father, despite what he’s done, so she’ll understand why Finn still cares about his mother, despite what she’s done in the past.

2. A Big Secret

Although Steffy demanded that he have no contact with his birth mother, Finn will stay in touch with Sheila. He wants to give her the benefit of the doubt. Viewers will recall he did give Steffy a second chance when she admitted she’d slept with Liam. He’d also like to give his birth mother another chance, but it’s going to weigh on him. Keeping a secret from his new wife could have a negative impact on their relationship.
