February is considered by many to be the month of love, and romance will be in the air on The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B). Liam and Steffy will share some sweet kisses; Wyatt and Flo will celebrate their reunion; and Bill will shower Katie with love and affection. 12. Bill Is Besotted

Speculation teases that Bill will shower his fiancé Katie with affection this month and she’ll be taken aback by his demonstrations of love. Bill is grateful to Katie for giving him another chance. They’ve been married twice before but he blew their relationship apart both times and he’s determined not to make the same mistakes again. He’s also blissfully happy that Katie has fully recovered from her kidney transplant last year. Will he suggest they get married on Valentine’s Day?

He knows Sally has been confiding in Katie lately and he’ll ask her if she knows what’s going on with his ex-fiancé.
