The former Posh Spice is on the list because she is a working mom facing the huge juggling act of being there for her kids, maintaining a happy marriage and running a fashion empire.

Katie Holmes enjoys spending every day with her doppelganger daughter, Suri Cruise. Suri, whose dad is Tom Cruise, was born in April of 2006.
