Bold And The Beautiful News Round-Up For The Week (August 8, 2022)

Ridge will continue to obsess about Bill’s reasons for showing him mercy this week on the Bold & The Beautiful (B&B). Also, Bill will discuss the Spencer legacy with sons Wyatt and Liam, and the Forrester, Logan, Spencer and Avant families gather together for the annual Thanksgiving dinner. 10. Obsessed Dressmaker

Ridge will insist to Brooke this week that Bill is only acting like a changed man so he can win her back. Brooke suspects this to be true but has remained loyal to Ridge, although she is still troubled by her husband’s obsession with Bill. What Ridge should keep in mind is that Bill has let him off the hook twice now in the past couple of weeks. He didn’t press charges when Ridge pushed him off his balcony and he didn’t report Ridge’s manipulations in the custody case to the police. Bill had it right when he told the Dressmaker on last week’s B&B: “You don’t have to move your sewing machine into a prison cell and start designing orange jumpsuits.”

9. Spencer Legacy

Speaking of Bill, he will get together with his older sons Wyatt and Liam this week. He tells them he has an important topic to discuss with them – a decision he’s recently made regarding their legacy. Since neither son wants to work beside him at Spencer Publications, is he going to tell them he’s leaving everything to their younger brother Will?

8. Puppet Master Absence

Rumor has it, Bill and Katie will get together at her home to discuss their son Will. On last week’s B&B, Katie had pointed out to Wyatt, Liam, Thorne and Ridge that suing for sole custody hadn’t been her idea in the first place. And it wasn’t – it was all Thorne’s idea! This week, Katie will wait until Puppet Master Thorne has left for work before meeting with Bill. As indicated in a preview, Katie will tell Bill his parental rights have been restored. Is Thorne’s absence from this meeting an indication of the beginning of trouble in Thatie paradise?

7. Get Crackin’

Donna will arrive at Eric’s for Thanksgiving and her thoughts will turn to previous holiday events at the Forrester mansion when she was married to Eric. Quinn will be less than thrilled to have both Eric’s ex-wife and her nemesis Pam at her dinner table and will feel like she has no choice but to be polite and courteous to both Donna and Pam. But previews show that at Forrester Creations, before the dinner, Quinn hears Pam tell Donna she is the right woman for Eric. She will then warn Pam that if she continues to interfere in her marriage, she will crack her “crazy head open like an egg.”

6. On The Defensive

Despite trying to be on her best behavior, spoilers indicate Quinn will be extremely protective of Eric during the Thanksgiving celebrations. She doesn’t want Donna hanging around her husband and chatting him up and Quinn will be throwing Donna off his scent every chance she gets. But previews show Donna will be sitting to the right of Eric at the dinner table and Quinn will not be pleased.

5. Cheerful Companions

Pam’s fiancé Charlie, Wyatt and Sally, and Xander will also attend this year’s Thanksgiving dinner. No doubt Charlie will spend most of his time helping Pam in the kitchen. Spoilers show that Zoe will also be invited and will be excited to be there. Since Xander and Emma recently broke up, it’s looking like Xander and Zoe may get back together.

Spoilers also indicate Steffy will confess to Liam that she’s feeling a bit out of sorts. When she first found out she was pregnant, she had imagined she and Liam would be spending the Thanksgiving holiday as a married couple with their new baby. Hope will overhear the conversation and be sympathetic toward Steffy. Hope will tell her she wants it to be a happy holiday for all of them.

3. Sister Wives Plan The Seating Arrangement

Keeping in the happy holiday spirit, Sister Wives Hope and Steffy will team up to plan the seating chart for the Forrester family Thanksgiving celebration. It will be a good opportunity for the two women to bond and start getting along again. After all, they had agreed to put aside their differences when Hope married Liam this past summer, so Thanksgiving could be the perfect opportunity for another peace agreement between them.

2. Annual Thanksgiving Dinner

The Forrester, Logan, Spencer and Avant families will gather at the Forrester estate for Thanksgiving. And in the tradition started by Hope, everyone will have to say something nice to the person seated on their right, before they dig into the turkey dinner. Rumor has it, Bill will not be there so there won’t be any Bill and Ridge drama at the dinner. But viewers can expect Quinn, Pam and Donna to make up for it. In the previews, it looks like Quinn will be seated to Pam’s right, which could lead to a very memorable speech!

Spoilers indicate Hunter Tylo and Jeremy Ray Valdez will return to the B&B canvas as Dr. Taylor Hayes and Detective Alex Sanchez the week of November 26, 2018. This can only mean one thing – Dollar’s Bill’s shooting is going to be revisited. CBS is teasing that viewers will be in for a wild ride. Will Det. Sanchez uncover some new evidence in the case and, if so, will Taylor finally get her comeuppance for shooting Bill in the back all those months ago? Stay tuned.
