Bold And The Beautiful News Round-Up For The Week (August 8, 2022)

In a stunning twist, Justin will be exposed as the person behind Vinny’s demise, coming up this week on The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B). Also, some previously unseen texts from Vinny will lead Thomas to the real killer and put him in grave danger. Plus, Hope and Steffy will try to brighten Liam’s spirits and an emotional Katie will visit Bill in prison. Learn more below in the B&B spoilers for the week of June 21, 2021.

9. Quinn Asks Eric To Renew Their Vows

Quinn will ask Eric if they can have a ceremony at the estate to renew their wedding vows. He’ll happily agree, and Quinn will begin making all the arrangements. But she’ll soon become wary when Eric suggests Carter officiate their vow renewal. Of course, she’ll have no recourse to disagree with Eric’s suggestion, so she’ll nervously tell him it’s a great idea. However, the ceremony itself is a terrible idea and rumor has it Quarter’s fling will be revealed in the next few weeks during the recommitment ceremony.

8. Katie Visits Bill

An emotional Katie will visit her ex-husband in prison. She’ll be upset but also angry and will ask him why he covered up the hit-and-run in the first place. Now he’s stuck in jail and their son is confused. Katie will explain that Will keeps asking why he hasn’t seen his dad and she can’t keep making up excuses about where he is. She’ll ask Bill if he thinks he’ll ever be released.

7. Liam’s Attitude Scares Hope

Liam will implore his wife to be practical about their future together. He assumes he’s going to be stuck in prison for the next couple of years, at least. Liam will tell Hope she needs to face the fact that he’s not coming home to her anytime soon. This will scare Hope, who’s been trying her best to keep her husband’s spirits up. But it’ll seem like her efforts have been to no avail.

6. Justin Takes Over

Now that Bill and Liam are out of commission and sitting in jail, Justin will take over Spencer Publications. He’ll be thrilled to finally be running the company and will revel in his newfound power. Of course, Wyatt won’t exactly be thrilled by this turn of events, but he may assume that Bill named Justin acting CEO in his absence.

5. Reunited And It Feels So Good

Liam and Bill will reunite at the prison, and they’ll talk about Justin’s plan to get them released. Of course, neither of them will have any idea that Justin has taken over control of Spencer Publications and has absolutely no intention of giving that up. He also has no plans of helping Bill and Liam get out of jail anytime soon.

4. Texts From Vinny

Thomas will be stunned when he receives several texts from Vinny, written on the night his best friend lost his life. In the messages, he apologized to Thomas for what he did. But he also told his friend he met with a lawyer who was going to help him beat his rap. Rumor has it, those texts will lead Thomas straight to Vinny’s killer.

3. Thomas Is In Danger

Acting on his instincts, Thomas will visit with the lawyer Vinny met — and it’ll be none other than Justin. Thomas will suspect Justin had something to do with what happened to Vinny on that Belair highway and he’ll head to Spencer Publications to confront him. Unfortunately, he’ll have no idea he’s putting himself in grave danger.

2. An Appeal

B&B spoilers tease that Thomas will attempt to appeal to Justin’s integrity. He’ll tell Justin he knows he took Vinny’s life and if Barber doesn’t go to the police, he will. Justin will sarcastically say he’s sorry Vinny’s demise affected him so deeply. He, too, was heartbroken when Emma lost her life. And he’ll be quick to remind Thomas the part he played in that incident. Killing Vinny was sweet revenge for what happened to his niece.

1. Justin Takes Thomas Hostage

Thomas will be horrified when Justin kidnaps him and then outlines his plan. Justin will tell him Vinny was just a means to an end. He’s running Spencer Publications now and no one will ever know he’s the one who pushed Vinny in front of Bill’s sports car. Bill and Liam have foolishly confessed, leaving him in the clear. Justin will also let Thomas know he’s going to lose his life, too. But will Justin kill Thomas, or will someone burst in and save him? Keep watching B&B to find out!
