Plus, Carter will try to handle being “the other man” with more dignity this go around — but will Grace see it that way? 12. Why Is Grace Back?

If Grace’s decision to move to LA seems a tad impulsive, it’s because she’s holding back the full story. The Buckingham family is ripe for fresh storylines, so it’s likely Grace has returned to stir up trouble on behalf of her husband or other daughter. Being close to Paris will be important to Grace, but not the main reason for her move. And a bonus perk for B&B viewers? Grace’s appearance is paving the way for Zoe’s return (and recast).

Akbar Gbaja-Biamila, ex-NFL star and co-host of American Ninja Warrior, has been cast in the role of Max. While we don’t know much about Max, we do know he’ll be an old friend of Carter’s.

Maybe Max will help steer Carter back to his moral compass, as B&B spoilers state that Carter will make the right decision. Does this mean that he’ll pull back from a hot and heavy encounter with Paris and insist that she end things with Zende before they proceed any further? Or, will Carter want to come forward and tell Zende how he feels about his girlfriend?

From Brooke’s erratic behavior to Ridge’s dour demeanor, Steffy knows that something is wrong – and she’s pulling out all of the stops to find out what that is. After her and Thomas’ mini intervention for Ridge fails to obtain any new information, Steffy will arrange to meet up with Liam (possibly under the pretext of a playdate with the kids). Liam had better practice his poker face, because nobody knows him quite like Steffy!

Another hazard in Liam’s path will be his sudden change of heart. Although Liam initially tried to keep Deacon away from his family, he recently described Hope’s father as being “on his best behavior”. B&B spoilers tease that Hope will soon learn more about Brooke’s New Year’s Eve, and when Liam finds out, he’ll go into protective husband mode over Deacon’s bad influence all over again. If Liam discovers what happened before his visit with Steffy, he may not be able to conceal his emotions.

5. Hope Will Be Furious

However Liam lets slip the details around Brooke’s relapse, it’ll throw his marriage into a rough patch. It’s unlikely Liam will confess everything, but Steffy will have enough puzzle pieces to create a picture that involves Brooke and alcohol. With the Forresters now a step closer to placing Deacon at the scene, Hope will be furious that Liam couldn’t keep such an important secret. That is, if Liam comes clean to his wife about what happened!

4. Deacon Adds More Stress

Meanwhile, Brooke will be reflecting on Deacon’s recent visit. Not only did Mr. Sharpe make some valid points about how banning him from the property would raise suspicions, he also questioned Taylor’s motivations. As if these added stressors weren’t enough to send Brooke back to the bottle, he also confessed his love for Logan. Although Brooke made clear that she’s in love with her husband, she won’t be able to stop thinking about his stunning declaration.

3. Another Kiss From Deacon!

She’ll have something else to reflect on as well, whether she likes it or not! Before Deacon takes off from his latest visit, he’ll plant another kiss on Brooke’s lips. Logan was already spinning with guilt, and now she’ll feel as though she’s sinking even deeper into a conspiracy with Deacon. As her secret expands, Brooke’s sobriety will be tested. Will her guilt and shame force her to self-medicate?

2. The Key To Blowing Up “Bridge”

Did any other B&B viewers see a familiar glimmer in Deacon’s eye when Brooke told him that Ridge would end her marriage if he found out about their New Year’s Eve? Logan inadvertently spelled out precisely how Deacon could break up her marriage. Will Deacon tell Sheila about the kiss, only to find out later that Ms. Carter was behind Brooke’s relapse?

1. All Roads Lead To Taylor

In the middle of these storylines is Taylor Hayes. On one hand, she’s sitting idly by while Thomas and Steffy create seeds of doubt in Ridge about his marriage. On the other hand, she’s slowly learning that Sheila hasn’t reformed herself at all, and poses a threat to Brooke. There is speculation that Taylor might learn about Deacon and Brooke’s kiss, either from Douglas or Sheila. Will she use any of this information to win back Ridge? We’ll have to keep watching B&B to find out!
