12. Liam’s Overwhelming Guilt

Liam will be filled with guilt when it occurs to him that he betrayed his marriage to Hope because he saw Thomas kissing a mannequin. By immediately jumping to the wrong conclusion, he turned to his ex and slept with Steffy. He’ll be filled with an overwhelming sense of remorse about what he did.

11. Everything Has Changed

Speculation teases everything will change for Liam in an instant, as he processes his actions. “When you’re in the matrix, you don’t know you’re in the matrix,” Scott Clifton (Liam) told Soap Opera Digest. “It’s a very slow burn. For someone who is naïve and idealistic and values loyalty and the virtues that come with marriage and commitment it’s an extremely painful experience.” He’ll also feel terrible that he accused Thomas of manipulating Hope when he realizes that Thomas has mental health issues and is fighting for his life.

10. Ridge Learns A Secret

Speculation teases Ridge will be stunned when he learns about something Thomas has been keeping from him. It doesn’t seem like he knows anything about the Hope mannequin Thomas was keeping in his apartment so will someone tell him about his son’s secret? Or will it be something else entirely? But if Ridge does find out about the mannequin, who will tell him, Hope or Liam?

9. Emergency Surgery

Finn will tell Ridge, Steffy, Hope and Liam, who are at the hospital waiting for word on Thomas, that the fashion designer is in bad shape. “Thomas’ seizures are getting worse, we need to rush him to emergency surgery to try and stop the hemorrhaging,” Finn tells them in the B&B weekly preview.

8. Terrified Family

Steffy will try to instill some hope in Ridge that Thomas is a fighter and he’ll be able to get through his medical crisis. But after she hears Finn’s assessment, she won’t be so sure. “Is it a possibility my brother could die?” Steffy will ask Finn. Even Liam will be concerned and will ask if Thomas is going to be okay. Ridge will ask the doctor to be straight with them. What will Finn tell them?

7. Surgery Complications

Having seizures can be extremely damaging to a person’s brain. If Thomas does survive his emergency surgery, he could face permanent brain damage. There is some speculation that he will be placed in a medically induced coma for a time. But when he wakes up, he may not remember anything or anyone from his past. But Liam wants to assuage his guilty conscience and will try to convince Steffy that needs to come clean to Hope as soon as possible.

Finn will notice something’s not right with Steffy when he attempts to comfort her while she worries about Thomas. She’ll look at him strangely and will act a little odd and uncomfortable around him and he’ll wonder what’s going through her mind. Of course, Thomas’ life is in jeopardy, so Finn may just put it down to her concern for her brother.

Steffy will agonize that she could lose almost everything in her life – Thomas, Finn and even Liam because of one stupid, drunken mistake. Will Steffy succeed?

2. Quinn And Shauna Face Off

Spoilers tease there’ll be a bombshell twist involved when Quinn confronts Shauna, and the besties engage in a showdown over Eric. Even though Shauna will reiterate that all she’s trying to do is help her win her husband back, Quinn will still be seething with anger and could end up doing something she’ll come to regret.
