12. Bill Professes His Love

Rumor has it, Bill will decide to roll with the punches and go full steam ahead. Not only will he pursue Brooke, but he’ll even profess his love to her once again. Fans know the last time he poured his heart out to Brooke, she tried to let him down easy and ultimately shut him down. Brooke will be flattered, but will she give in to Bill, or will she still hold out hope for a Bridge reunion?
