12. Hope Will Offer Support

Hope will take care of a distraught Liam and offer words of encouragement to an unconscious Steffy. She and Liam will also strategize about how best to support Steffy if she awakens to learn that Finn has perished. “It won’t be easy on her,” Liam recently lamented. Of course, they’re both assuming that Steffy will remember Finn, let alone the shooting – but B&B spoilers cast doubt on that!

“What kind of an animal would that make me?” Sheila seethed in response to Thomas’s questioning, before heading to the hospital roof. Consumed by guilt and sadness, Sheila was last seen ready to end her own life when Taylor called out for her to stop. B&B spoilers suggest that Taylor will bring Sheila back from the ledge and offer the criminal a clean slate. After sacrificing the person she loved most (however accidentally), Sheila will find herself gaining access to baby Hayes. But does this mean all of Sheila’s past troubles are over?

Li was a woman on a mission when she approached Sheila at the hospital last week. Had Taylor not intervened with her condolences, what would Li have done? Does Sheila just remind her of Jack’s affair and secrecy, or could Li know more about Sheila than she lets on?

Even if Taylor can convince the Forresters to tolerate Sheila in their lives, Ms. Carter will realize she has a problem: there are no other suspects in Finn and Steffy’s shooting. With Thomas and Li suspicious, and her own criminal record a matter of public knowledge, Sheila will need to change the narrative before she’s implicated in her son’s murder. So, what will the master criminal do?

5. Steffy Wakes Up

B&B spoilers indicate that Steffy will regain consciousness over the next two weeks. Will she manage to mumble a few words? While it‘s likely that Ridge and Taylor will be present to hear their fallen daughter speak, what Steffy says won’t reveal much about what happened that night behind Il Giardino. Still, Steffy’s brief awakening, plus Bridget’s positive outlook in the days to come, will be bad news for Sheila.

4. Sheila’s Options

As Steffy continues to gather her strength, Sheila will consider two knee-jerk options: 1) try to gain access to Steffy and finish the job, or 2) gain access to Hayes and leave town. Now that she has a trusted ally in Taylor – and even Thomas is backing off – will Sheila push to get more visitation time with Hayes as she plots her next move? One person will still stand in Ms. Carter’s way, and that’s Ridge. He and Taylor will argue about Sheila’s role in little Hayes life, while Thomas continues to debate telling his dad the truth about Ms. Carter.

3. Another Twist

Sheila’s fortunes will continue to improve if Steffy wakes up and cannot remember how she wound up in the hospital. The stunning twist would allow Sheila to ingratiate herself into the Forrester family and get to know baby Hayes. It would also embolden Sheila to cover her tracks. After all, Steffy’s rumored amnesia won’t close the investigation into her shooting, which means Ms. Carter will introduce a third option: frame someone else for her crimes.

2. The Prime Suspect?

Many viewers are suggesting that Sheila will frame Deacon for the crimes. Given the location of the shooting, the “robbery” and Sharpe’s criminal record, he’s definitely a prime suspect. However, Keith, the strange manager of Sheila’s hotel, could also take the fall. Keith has been making sporadic appearances on the show since last fall, so it makes sense that B&B writers would have a plan in mind for this otherwise pointless character.

1. A “Quarter” Comeback?

Let’s end these tense plotline predictions on a positive note. B&B spoilers state that Quinn and Carter will have some scenes together over the coming weeks. While it’s unclear why the former lovers will reconnect, it comes in the wake of Quinn portrayer Rena Sofer’s recent comments about the couple. And since nobody seems to be in favor of Carter and Paris together, will B&B revive this beloved couple? We’ll have to tune in to find out!
