12. A New Character Alert!

A new Y&R character is set to join the residents of Genoa City come March! Actress Kelsey Wang will play a “mysterious young professional” named Allie who catches the eye of an eligible bachelor in the little town. If the actress’ name sounds familiar, that’s because Kelsey once played Daisy Kwan on General Hospital during the “Dawn of Day” cult storyline. So, which Genoa City gentleman will be interested?

The consensus on the Internet is that Wang’s character could be romantically linked to Noah Newman. He’s single and in desperate need of someone to help keep his mind off of Tessa. How would this change the dynamics between her and Newman, or even her and Mariah?

What if Nick is the one who’s interested? Much like his son, Nick is single-pringle and his romantic life could use a jumpstart! Major speculation also suggests that Allie is linked to Keemo, and therefore linked to Jack Abbott. In fact, many Y&R spoilers are teasing that Allie is his granddaughter. The storyline that leads him to the granddaughter he’s never known should be an interesting one. Since she is a young professional, will she start working at Jabot?

7. Victor’s Ultimatum

Y&R spoilers hint that Victor will issue Ashland an ultimatum. He’s finally got the goods on Locke and his fake medical condition, so what will the Moustache’s terms be? 5. He’ll Play On Victoria’s Past With Her Dad

How will Ashland squirm his way out of this “secret” when it comes to Victoria? He may state that at first, he did try to fool her for business reasons, but during the entire process, he actually fell in love. He may also play on how her dad always tries to meddle in her love life, and no one is ever good enough for Victor’s “little girl”. Locke will point out how happy she’s been since they’ve come together; how happy they’ve both been. Will Vic fall for this excuse, or will Ashland’s latest secret be the final straw in their relationship?

4. Nikki Worries

If the truth comes out about Locke, and Vic’s on the fence about leaving him, Nikki will worry about her daughter, the relationship she has with Victor, and family drama, overall. Nikki tends to play peacemaker, but if Vicky isn’t sure about leaving Locke, or gets upset at her dad for uncovering this truth, things will explode within the Newman clan (again). Making matters potentially worse, Nick will likely side with his dad on this one.

Y&R spoilers for March suggest that Lauren will worry about Michael. Is it concern over him getting “too deep” into the Newman family drama, or something else? What if he’s stuck in Peru for most of the month or completely unreachable? What if Ashland’s grand power play in response to Victor’s ultimatum is holding Baldwin hostage?

1. Rey And Chelsea Get Closer

As Sharon’s preoccupied with Chance (plus her kids, Nick, etc.), Rey and Chelsea’s friendship will continue to blossom. Chloe already raised an eyebrow when Lawson asked Rosales to join her at Crimson Lights, so how long will it take for anyone else to clue in that Chelsea has the hots for Rey? Will Rey start to feel the same way? There’s already a growing fondness in his eyes when he talks about her. But will these two cross a line in March?
