Actors Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso have revealed that they’re back on the set of Days Of Our Lives (DOOL)!
The soap opera super couple, better known as Bo and Hope Brady, made their comeback announcement on Sunday, November 13th in a video over social media.
“Thank you so much for coming to Day of Days and joining everyone,” Alfonso began, referring to the annual event in which fans and cast members get to meet. “We really wish we could’ve been there to celebrate with all of you… BUT –”

After the two deliberated who should get the honors of explaining why the two couldn’t attend Day of Days, they broke the news together. “We wanted all of you to be the first to know that we are back,” Alfonso revealed.
“We’re back, taping here at the studio,” Reckell chimed in, adding that they’re filming something “very special”.
Although Reckell’s character perished in 2015 and Alfonso left the soap in 2020, both returned to the DOOL universe this past summer in Beyond Salem Chapter 2.
This casting news comes mere days after the Peacock soap announced that Steve Burton, who also appeared in Beyond Salem, is now on contract to return as well.
When Chapter 2 concluded, the fates of Bo and Hope appeared to be intertwined with Burton’s character, Harris Michaels. So, will Bo come back to life? Can Michaels find some redemption? DOOL fans will find out in 2023!
