Bold And The Beautiful News Round-Up For The Week (August 8, 2022)

The Forrester and Spencer families come together to support Hope and Liam as they face a tragic loss this week on the Bold & The Beautiful (B&B).  Also, Reese will continue to receive threatening messages from the thug about Zoe’s safety and enemies put their animosities aside. 10. Grandparent’s Grieve

Excited to meet their new granddaughter, Ridge, Brooke and Bill will arrive on Catalina Island this week. But what they find there is a heartbroken couple mourning the loss of their daughter. Brooke and Hope will share an emotional reunion, and both will be overcome by their grief. In a preview, Brooke asks Hope: “What happened?” Barely able to speak the words, Hope tells her mother: “She’s gone.” Mother and daughter will embrace.

9. Reese On The Hot Seat

Reese will find himself in a very difficult situation as Liam, Ridge and Bill demand answers from him regarding Hope’s delivery and the loss of baby Beth. But did the baby really die? Or did Reese swap the healthy Beth with another stillborn baby born earlier in the day to the woman viewers saw leaving the clinic alone? It’s also rumored that rivals Bill and Ridge will team up to interrogate the doctor on what went down in the delivery room. And they’re not the only ones, as spoilers show that many characters on the show will challenge Reese, asking him what happened at the clinic on that dark and stormy night.

8. Reese Agrees To Pay Up

Unsettled about events that took place at the clinic in Catalina, Reese will let the thug know that he will pay the money. After receiving the photo of Zoe last week and the threatening message, Reese knows his daughter is in real danger and will desperately try to raise the money. And to make it even worse, he’ll get another menacing message about Zoe this week. But how will he raise the $200,000? Does Reese have baby Beth hidden somewhere so he can sell her to the highest bidder?

7. Brooke And Taylor Truce

Taylor and Brooke will put their rivalry on hold this week and call a truce as the Forrester and Spencer families comfort each other in the wake of the tragic death of baby Beth. Both women will recognize that now is not the time for arguments or recriminations and will come together for the sake of both their daughters.

6. Taylor Comforts Reese

Taylor will try to ease Reese’s pain when she talks to him about the baby tragedy. Reese will be wracked with guilt by what he’s done, and Taylor will believe he feels guilty about letting Hope and baby Beth down. She’ll tell him he did his best and sometimes tragedies can occur. She’ll have no idea that Reese may be up to something sinister.

5. Support For Steffy

Ridge and Taylor will come together to support Steffy and Kelly. Upset by the loss of Kelly’s half-sister Beth, Steffy asks them in a preview: “What am I going to say to Liam, and to Hope?” Her parents will tell her they will always be there for her and through it all, it looks like Ridge and Taylor will begin to reconnect this week.

4. Baby Beth Memorial

Viewers will need to keep their tissues handy when the families come together at the Forrester mansion for a memorial service for Hope and Liam’s stillborn daughter Beth. In a preview, Bill tells Katie: “Their love is strong, they’ll make it through.” Hope is also shown holding the ultrasound photo of baby Beth.

3. Sister Wife Support

Steffy will also be devastated by the loss of baby Beth and will put her adoption plans on hold, for now. In a preview, she tells Hope: “I’m going to help you through this, I promise.” Steffy knows the heartbreak of losing a child, having lost her own baby a few years ago in a traffic accident. But will this loss end the conflict between the Sister Wives and bring them closer together?

2. Enemies Unite

Rumor has it, two other rivals will also consider calling a truce this week. Ridge will make a real effort to end his animosity towards Bill. He will tell his enemy that the two of them need to lead their families in this time of sorrow. And as the pair re-examine their troubled and often violent history, Brooke will make it clear her loyalty remains with Ridge. Will Bill and Ridge really put their animosity aside, and if so, how long will this truce last?
