Bold And The Beautiful News Round-Up For The Week (August 8, 2022)

Hope will tell Liam their marriage is over if it turns out he’s Steffy’s baby daddy, this week on The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B). Also, Carter will confront Zende when he finds out about the text he sent to Zoe. Plus, Ridge will counsel Thomas and the paternity results will finally be revealed. 9. Programming Note

As with last week’s B&B, there’s a good chance the sudser could be preempted for a few days this week, due to the ongoing impeachment hearings in the United States. If the hearings continue well into next week, CBS may decide to upload some episodes online. Hopefully, viewers will get to see new B&B episodes next week.

8. Carter Verus Zende

Spoilers tease Carter will find out about the text Zende sent to Zoe. In it, the designer told her not to move too fast with Carter, make up an excuse to leave and meet him at Forrester. Carter will hit the roof when he hears and rumor has it, he will make a beeline straight to Zende and the COO and the designer will go head-to-head. Carter will ask him why he decided it was okay to move in on his fiancé. Zende will defend himself, saying he sent the text months ago. Sure, it probably wasn’t a cool thing to do, but at the time Zoe and Carter had only gone out on a couple of dates. Will Carter be willing to accept that as an excuse?

7. Eva Returns To LA

Forrester International publicist Eva, played by Darin Brooks’ (Wyatt) wife Kelly Kruger, will return to Forrester Creations this week. Rumor has it, she will be assisting Paris and Katie with some Forrester Foundation work. But will she return to Los Angeles to stay, or will Eva only be around for a handful of episodes?

6. Bill Fills In Liam

Bill will chat with his son about his recent trip to Genoa City. The purpose of the trip was to hammer out a business deal with JCV and meet with Lauren and Summer. Did Bill also run into Sally in his travels? And will Liam finally tell his father about cheating on Hope with Steffy and the huge mess he’s made of his life? If anyone could understand it’s Bill. He’s also flip-flopped between two Sister Wives. Like father, like son.

5. Vinny’s New Job

During a chat with Thomas, viewers will see Vinny with a white lab coat draped over his arm. He’ll mention to Thomas that he’s already tired of his new job. This will be a huge hint that Vinny is working in the same lab where the paternity results are being processed. When they discuss Hope and Liam, Thomas will make it abundantly clear his only concern is Hope’s happiness. He’ll tell his friend that if Hope wants to try to make her marriage to Liam work, then he’s going to support her. But Vinny will imply that this is Thomas’ chance to win Hope over and he’ll tell him to go for it. Will Vinny decide to do his friend a favor and change Steffy’s paternity results so Thomas can have another chance with the woman he loves?

Spoilers tease Ridge will advise Thomas to ignore what Vinny said to him about going after Hope if her marriage to Liam ends. It’s a pattern she doesn’t see ending anytime soon, especially if this baby is his.
