According to the Y&R’s weekly preview video (on Instagram), Billy will be charged with Chance’s shooting in the coming days. Jill will be quite upset, while Amanda will have choice words for the boss she’s defending; however, Lily will have an interesting perspective about what is “really” going on. She’ll believe that her new boyfriend is being framed.

At some point, Newman will also feel the need to defend himself. Added teasers for the week of December 14th suggest that Victor will be focused on ensuring Billy “pays” for what he’s done.
