Who’s looking forward to the next couple of weeks in the land of Genoa City? Will Nate and Elena tell Amanda and Devon the truth? Will Baby Fisher finally make its arrival? Will Faith Newman be okay? It’s hard not to speculate! As such, below are some Young and the Restless (Y&R) plotline predictions for October 5 to October 16, 2020.

12. Nate and Elena Struggle

This week’s video preview outlines the falling out to Friday’s explosive cliff hanger. Elena and Nate crossed a line, and what happens in the next couple of weeks will be equally dramatic. Elena will struggle with her infidelity, and she may even go back and forth on telling Devon (but she won’t). While she wants this all swept under the rug, Nate will have other ideas.

11. Nate Can’t Shake It

Nate won’t be able to shake his experience with Elena. These two have always been friends, but crossing the line the way they did will have Nate thinking about her non-stop. In fact, it’ll have him begging Elena to leave Devon and give him a chance. The two had chemistry together, and it’ll be very difficult for Nate to pretend nothing happened and move on.

10. Nate Breaks Up With Amanda

Nate will break up with Amanda in the next couple of weeks to prove to Elena how serious he is about her. He’ll also try and persuade her into one more night together. He’ll work hard to seduce her and remind her of their time together. He may even convince her. This one-time thing could turn into a bona fide affair.

9. Amanda and Devon

They continue to meet over the next couple of weeks and bond over Hilary. They notice a spark between them, and they might get swept away and reach in for a kiss. Whether they lock lips or not, this is as far as they will go. Both will feel terrible about what they have done, and they’ll go to Nate and Elena to confess, which will make the other two feel that much guiltier than they do already.

8. Baby Fisher’s Name

Baby Fisher is on his way, and Y&R spoilers for the week of October 12th teases an important decision that Chloe and Kevin have to make. Will they struggle with naming the child? Will one have an idea that the other disagrees with and vice versa? Either way, Chloe will get her way. She’s carried the child for months, after all! Maybe they’ll have Bella come up with a name for her sibling?

7. Faith Continues To Spiral

Faith will continue to get bullied online for Billy’s story on Adam. Y&R spoilers hint that Nick stumbles on a secret this coming week, and there’s a good chance he could accidentally see a mean text pop up. He’ll turn to Sharon, and they’ll both do all they can to help Faith through this. But could this escalate? Maybe the texts get more aggressive over the next couple of weeks, where they are literally prompting Faith to take her own life? This storyline is far from over.

6. Sharon Gets Better

Y&R spoilers indicate that Sharon will recover from surgery this week. If she has a speedy recovery, she will believe it’s time to reach out to Adam again. This will not only place a wedge between her and Rey, but potentially between her and Faith. After all, Faith is getting bullied over the entire baby switch thing, and she may struggle with how her mom could forgive – and work so hard to help – a man who has caused such damage to their family.

5. Lily’s Offer

Y&R spoilers suggest that Victoria is set to make a power move this week, and Lily will get an offer. Could Vicky ask Lily to leave Chancellor Communications and work for Newman? A second-generation Neil/Victor pairing of sorts? She’ll add in a swanky title for Lily, a nice office, plus a load of cash; however, Lily will decline.

4. Victoria Booted Out
