Fans of MTV’s Teen Mom 2 know that star Jenelle Evans always has very tumultuous relationships, and while she has constantly stood by her husband David Eason in the wake of controversy and rumors that he is abusive, she recently fueled speculation that the pair are in a rough patch.
A source recently told Us Weekly that the pair “are fighting” and added that Eason “hasn’t been home” after Jenelle took to Facebook on Saturday, February 16 to share a photo of herself with the caption “Single AF” with a shrug emoji and also changed her relationship status to “Separated.”
Jenelle, who is mom to Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley, didn’t comment on her relationship on Instagram Stories but she did listen to some very cryptic music including “Better Now” by Post Malone, “Solo” by Clean Bandit and Demi Lovato and “Learn to Let Go” by Kesha.
Despite the cryptic messages from the reality star, another source told Us Weekly that the pair most likely haven’t broken up because they fight quite often. “What else is new? David and Jenelle are always fighting, he won’t come home for days at a time,” the insider said. “I would be surprised if they weren’t fighting. Now that would be shocking.”
The pair tied the knot in September of 2017, but have plagued by controversy ever since with many, including Jenelle’s mother Barbara belieiving that David is abusive. Meanwhile David was fired from the show and cannot be filmed now after making homophobic and transphobic remarks on social media. Most recently, Nathan who shares son Kaiser with Jenelle, accused David of hitting Kaiser.
