9. Victor Sets Billy Up

Y&R spoilers for next week reveal that Victor will remain focused on setting Billy up. The Moustache will do a little scheming and plotting as he revels in Abbott’s possible downfall. In other news, someone unexpected will show up at Billy and Lily’s door. Who could it be? Sounds like Billy’s mom, Jill, will return for an extended stay in Genoa City. Actress Jess Walton will reprise her infamous role, and added teasers imply she’ll be around the little town for a longer time, this go around.

Y&R spoilers also note that Abby will have a meltdown about Chance during the week of November 1st. She’ll still believe her husband is alive but will struggle with not hearing from him. The longer he takes to reach out, the harder things will be for Abby. The good news is that Ashley and Victor will be there to help their daughter cope with all she’s going through.
