According to Y&R spoilers, Sharon will receive some news that is quite unsettling in the coming days. This past week, she discovers something unexpected, so this could be pointing to a medical crisis or diagnosis around a condition that might very well be fatal. Sharon most likely will go in for testing the week of January 6th, and get some dire news about here health.

Cancer Diagnosis?

Could the news Sharon receives be about a potential cancer diagnosis? Y&R spoilers seem to be hinting that this might be the case in the coming days. Whatever the news Sharon gets, according to January teasers for the show, it’ll place her relationship with Rey in jeopardy, and even call for a family member to return to Genoa City.

Shey Relationship At Stake

Perhaps if Sharon finds out she has cancer, she may want to keep it from Rey, so that he is at arm’s length. She won’t want him to have to suffer through her condition, especially if she believes that she will pass away at some point. With that said, there’s also a good chance she finds out that she can’t have children anymore, which may be another reason her condition offers a threat to their relationship.

With Rey wanting kids someday, Sharon could feel this would cause a wedge for their future plans together. The family member who returns could just be doing so to be there for her (i.e., Faith decides to leave boarding school to be with her now-single mom).

Billy Turns To Chloe

Y&R spoilers indicate that Billy will turn to Chloe this week, and confide to her about something. Does this mean that he’ll talk to her about his budding friendship with Amanda and any lingering feelings he has for the lady lawyer? Billy has been gravitating to her a lot these days. Either way, it seems as if Chloe will lend an ear and some support.

Speaking of Billy, his wife will uncover something very unexpected this week. According to Y&R spoilers, she’ll be quite taken aback to what she finds, so here’s hoping that Billy doesn’t mess up too much in the coming days, or crosses a line with Amanda that a married man should not cross.

Goodbye Tessa?

Y&R spoilers are teasing a past between Tanner and Tessa, so whether they are friends or potentially exes, the texts and a face-to-face meeting this coming week will not be the first time these two have interacted. If Tessa has a history with Tanner, could he convince her to reconnect and leave Genoa City (and Mariah) behind for good?

Either way, teasers are stating that Tanner’s arc is a short-term one (for now), so whether he leaves town with Tessa or not, Y&R fans shouldn’t expect much from Watts.
