Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry stunned everyone when she confirmed back in February that she was expecting her third child later this year.
Considering her recent divorce from Javi Marroquin with whom she shares son Lincoln, during which she said she didn’t want to have another baby, the news was quite shocking and in the months since the reality star has not felt ready to reveal the identity of her third baby’s father.
After a lot of speculation, Lowry, who is also mother to son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera, took to her Twitter on Tuesday, May 2 to confirm her friend Chris Lopez is the father of her baby. The revelation came after she retweeted a headline from OK! Magazine USA which read “Pregnant Kailyn Lowry takes DNA test — is Chris Lopez REALLY the baby daddy?” and added herself, “Ancestry DNA & yeah he is… stop with the headlines already.”
While Lopez has been rumored to be the baby’s father for some time now, last week many thought she had confirmed it when Lowry posted a baby bump photo with the caption, “Happy bump day from Baby Lo & me.” While some suggest “Lo” simply stands for her last name Lowry, others were sure it stood for Chris’s last name Lopez.
