Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is no stranger to plastic surgery, but this time she decided it wasn’t for her. The reality star has openly gone under the knife for a butt lift and liposuction as well as a few other appearance-altering surgeries before, but on Tuesday, January 24 she took to her Twitter to reveal she backed out of her planned surgery only “hours before.”
“I won’t lie to y’all, I came to Miami for lipo & a boob job. But hours before my surgery I decided I don’t want to go through with it,” Lowry tweeted revealing she even traveled all the way there before backing out.
The mom of three then revealed she had a different plan to get the look she wants, writing, “When i get home I’ll use the money i was gona spend on surgery for a nutritionist & get back into working out.”
Interestingly enough, even Lowry’s ex-husband and father of her middle son Lincoln had something to say about it. “I’m super proud of her for making that decision!” he shared with E! News. “I used to tell her all the time to do it naturally. Good for her. The reward will be greater in the end.”
Back in January of 2016, Lowry underwent extensive surgery by the world-renowned plastic surgery Michael Salzhauer, a.k.a. Dr. Miami, who at the time shared gruesome photos from after the surgery.
Now, after welcoming her third son Lux this summer it seems as though Lowry wanted to go for a similar round of surgeries, but is now opting for a more natural way!
