When it comes to Halloween, celebrities love to go all out with their costumes. While some of them definitely hit the mark, there are others that seem to miss it. Check out these 20 celebrity Halloween costumes ranked:

20. Khloe Kardashian (2008)

In 2008, Khloe Kardashian was at the Pur Jeans Halloween Bash, which was held at STG Nightclub in L.A., as a police officer. While we think she looked cute, we do think dressing as a seductive police officer is a tad unoriginal.

19. Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner sported a Fembot look for the Casamigos party in Las Vegas in 2018. She donned this sheer pink babydoll nightgown, which featured matching pink feather details, and matching heels, as well as a pink wig and some silky gloves. While we think Kendall looked good, the costume was a bit basic.

18. Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter dressed as a nurse for the Just Jared Halloween Party in 2016. She also decided to paint her face, which didn’t quite make sense given her costume. Also, her footwear did not really go with what she was wearing.

17. Kim Kardashian

For Halloween in 2008, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star attended PAMA’s Halloween Masquerade as Wonder Woman. While it was not the most original costume ever, we do think that Kardashian made it work.

16. Madelaine Petsch

At Just Jared’s Annual Halloween Party in 2016, Riverdale actress went out as Jessica Rabbit. With her naturally red hair and curvy figure, this was a pretty easy look for her to pull off. There was something about the dress, however, and the fit and the fact that the shoes did not perfectly match that made it just okay and not great.

15. Ariel Winter

The Modern Family actress attended Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times 20th Annual Halloween Carnival in 2012. She dressed up as Jasmine from Aladdin. While she looked cute, the costume was a little risqué for a 14-year-old girl.

14. Nina Dobrev

For her Halloween costume for the Casamigos Halloween Party in 2018, Nina Dobrev got her inspiration from Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s box office hit, A Star Is Born. Here she is dressed as a baby star. While this was definitely a creative idea, it did take a lot for us to figure it out.

Emily Ratajkowski was at Heidi Klum’s 16th Annual Halloween Party in 2015 dressed as Marge Simpson! While Marge Simpson is known for looking and being rather demure, Ratajkowski’s iteration was definitely more coquettish.

11. Demi Lovato

In 2013, Demi Lovato held a Halloween party at her house and she made sure the décor was just as creepy as her costume. She didn’t even look remotely like herself with all of the creepy makeup she had on.
