Sixteen Candles was released back in 1984 and was the perfect American coming of age film starring the classic ’80s teen movie muse Molly Ringwald. The film was written and directed by John Hughes during the peak of his career when he released a string of successful films like The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink and, of course, Sixteen Candles. It’s been over 30 years since the film was first released and with such a young cast at the time, many of these actors have gone on to create hugely successful careers while others disappeared from Hollywood all together. 8. Blanche Baker

Estimated Net Worth: Unknown. This American actress isn’t well known within the industry. She’s been working since the early 80’s, but she hasn’t had many breakthrough career moments. Estimated Net Worth: $6 million. Joan Cusack has done extremely well for herself since appearing in the ’80s flick Sixteen Candles.
