9. Time For Some Summer Fun!

While fans have revisited some incredible memories of the past with theme weeks that have centered around Katherine Chancellor, Neil Winters and his family, Paul and Christine’s romantic journeys, as well as Nikki and the Moustache’s relationship, this week is all about celebrating some “Summer Fun” in Genoa City!

8. Through The Years

The summer months are typically filled with over-the-top drama, adventures, and some incredible romance. Y&R’s “Summer Fun Week” will showcase episodes from as far back as 1999 to as recent as last year! Two decades worth Y&R summertime fun is coming to help audiences dive into this beautiful time of year.

7. Storylines Covered

When the Y&R says “Summer Fun Week” they mean it! From parties to Fourth of July BBQs, carnival enjoyment and more, the show will feature some great summertime storylines of the past, and showcase past romances that still give us goosebumps, including some special moments from Shick, Nikki and Victor (the early years), as well as the start of something special between Devon and Elena.

6. Blast From The Past

The best part of Y&R’s classic episodes and theme weeks have been those old familiar faces that fans don’t get see these days! They have popped back up as if they never left in the first place! Audiences can look forward to seeing Cassie back on the small screen, as well as Katherine, Neil, Gloria, and scheming Isabella.

5. Nikki and Victor Host a Party

In an episode that dates back to July 27, 1999, Nikki and the Moustache decide to host a party at the Ranch to celebrate Nick’s adoption of Cassie. Meanwhile, Christine gets some help from Paul with a celebration of her own, and Jill gets tested by Katherine. Kay always knew how to push Jill’s buttons!

4. Devon Struggles with a Secret

Gloria decides to host an Abbott July 4th BBQ for some friends and family in an episode that first aired on July 4, 2005! Across town, Devon will struggle with a secret he is keeping, while Nikki’s spirits are lifted by none other than Victor. He’s always had a way of making her smile!

3. Phyllis Makes Progress

In a classic summer fun episode circa August 2000, Phyllis will make some progress with Michael. Remember when these two were more than just BFFs? Across town, Dru will be pressed for the truth by Neil, and Billy (played by actor David Tom at that point in time) and Brittany turn up the heat together.

2. Paul and Christine Are Kept Apart

An episode that originally airing on June 7, 2001, Shick gets all romantic together when Nick decides to take his young love to a faraway land. Meanwhile, Paul and Christine are kept apart due to a scheming Isabella. Spoiler alert – Isabella gets ditched and Paul and Christine live happily ever after!

1. The Newmans Get Disturbing News

Oh, how different life was merely one year ago! Originally airing on July 3, 2019, a summer carnival in Genoa City took center stage, as residents flocked for some good old-fashioned fun and romance. Meanwhile, the Newman family got some rather disturbing news… must have been around Adam being alive!
