Oh Tyler.
The Teen Mom OG star is one of the favorite stars of the whole show, and his relationship with wife Catelynn has had fans hooked since the very beginning, but there are just some times that he is mean or insensitive and doesn’t seem to realize it.
Gearing up for the new season of Teen Mom OG, MTV has released some sneak peeks and the latest is a conversation between Tyler and Cate centered around Cate wanting to lose weight. “I think I’m going to join Weight Watchers again. I really like Weight Watchers, and just do it, you know, it makes myself feel good.” Tyler wholeheartedly supports his wife, saying, “Alright, it worked for you last time. Good, that’s good.” and then starts asking her how much the chicken and cheese quesadilla she was then eating would count as on a Weight Watchers plan.
Then Tyler goes ahead and says, “It’s your body, do what you want. Obviously, I don’t want no heifer for a wife.”
Wow! Luckily, Cate just laughs it off, but a producer then steps in, saying,”Tyler..I feel like you come off so harsh sometimes.” He then clears up the issue with his wife who simply asks, “Do you think I’m a heifer right now?” and when he says, “No,” she laughs it off again.
Then, Cate asks, “Should I try to go on Weight Watchers and lose all this weight or are we planning on having a big family?” and let’s just say his response was classic.
Teen Mom OG’s two-hour season 6 premoere airs Monday, August 22 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
