There has been a lot of news in the Teen Mom world lately, and the drama has been full force since Teen Mom OG stars Ryan and Mackenzie Edwards confirmed they are expecting their first child together.
Only one day after the news went public, Ryan made the news again when it was revealed that he was arrested on Tuesday, March 27 in his Tennessee home for violating his probation related to a previous heroin possession.
After the news broke, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry took to her Twitter to share her thoughts on the Edwards’ drama and did not hold back. “That girl trying to secure her bag on someone else’s name,” she tweeted, adding, “Sounds familiar.” She then created a Twitter thread in which she called Ryan’s wife, Mackenzie, out for just wanting fame and money. “Kinda wana share my thoughts on Ryan and Mackenzie,” she wrote before starting her thread.
“People struggle with addiction – and that’s unfortunate enough,” she tweeted. “But IN MY OWN OPINION. I see someone who came in & manipulated a situation to her own benefit. To secure a check. Then went a step further & got pregnant,” adding, “So that when they split, she is set with a couple dollars. But that’s MY OWN opinion.”
Lowry then opened up to Us Weekly about why she saw things that way. “Being a part of this reality TV thing has opened my eyes to a lot of things,” the 26-year-old mom of three told Us Weekly. “And anybody with their eyes open (in this industry) could see what she was doing from a mile away.”
