The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) viewers can expect the rivalry between the Logans and Forresters to heat up once Stephen Logan returns to the canvas!

Patrick Duffy is currently filming with the CBS soap, according to People. He will bring his much-missed character back to the canvas in late November.

The small-screen veteran, who is most famous for starring in Dallas, first joined the cast in 2006 and portrayed the Logan patriarch until 2011. Between 1998 and 2001, the role was played by Robert Pine.

Accompanying Duffy in his comeback, actress Linda Purl will appear as Stephen’s love interest. Among her many credits, including a stint on General Hospital in 2020, Purl is Duffy’s real-life partner!

Given the current tensions between the two main fashion families of Los Angeles, Stephen’s return could hint at several developments. B&B spoilers tease that a marriage proposal is imminent, so will the father of Brooke, Donna and Katie be returning to give a bride away?

Whatever happens to bring Stephen back to L.A., it will be a short-lived visit. Duffy’s upcoming run on the soap will only cover two episodes, which are set to air on Wednesday, November 23rd and Monday, the 28th.
