10. Demi Moore

Demi Moore was the first woman to pose nude on a magazine cover while pregnant. Back in 1991, while seven months pregnant with her daughter Scout, she posed for Vanity Fair magazine. The “Scarlet Letter” actress is a bit of a trendsetter. Since she made this bold move, a number of celebrities have followed suit.

When Britney Spears was pregnant with her second son Jayden, she posed nude for the August 2006 issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
