After all of his time in and out of jail, it seems there is no way that former music mogul Marion “Suge” Knight, 49, will be able to get out of the charges he’s currently facing for murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run after the death of Terry Carter and injuries to another man Cle “Bone” Sloan.

Knight is appearing in court on Monday March 9 to hear about evidence in the tragic case and is his first appearance in court since he informed the judge he had fired his lawyers and was suffering serious medical issues, such as going blind, while behind bars.

Prior to his court appearance however, the public was made privy to some very graphic evidence as TMZ released a video which apparently shows the surveillance footage of Knight hitting Sloan with his truck before violently running over and killing Carter in a Tam’s Burgers parking lot.

Knight has pleaded not guilty in the charges and his defense claims he was not trying to harm either man and was just trying to escape a “vicious attack” on himself. He claims that both men had guns and several people in the crowd were threatening to shoot him, causing his alleged attempt at escape.

While the video seems to show that Carter was violently and intentionally run down, a lawyer for Carter’s family, Gary Dodrick, told the site that the family wants the video to be seen, “The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video.”
