Olivia Palermo is a married lady!
The 28 year-old reality star wed her beau, German model Johannes Huebl, in a small countryside ceremony in Beford, New York.
The bride wore a unique, unexpected three-piece Carolina Herrera ensemble: a full tulle satin and silk skirt with high slit and floral details paired with chic white shorts and a cream cashmere sleeved sweater with ostrich feathers. It seems like a thick and warm choice for a summer wedding, but she looked beautiful and different!
Olivia’s “something blue” was a pair of royal blue Manolo Blahniks — actually the same pair that Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City wore in the movie. And instead of a formal updo, Olivia stuck with her signature ponytail (perhaps a way to keep cool while wearing the sweater) while keeping her makeup simple. “I wanted the makeup to be light and fresh and more focused about the lashes while keeping the eyes clean,” Olivia explained. “My hair was in an uncontrived [ponytail], one of my favorite personal looks.”
Meanwhile, Olivia’s groom looked dashing and fresh in a crisp white suit with dark tie and pocket square.
